M	Manfred Neisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018 bin ich durch Zufall auf die Fa. Wikifinia im Internet gestoßen. Ich wollte meinen Sohn zu seinem 18. Geburtstag ein wenig Geld ansparen. Nicht viel – nur € 150,- mtl. Meine Erwartung war ,dass sich mein Einsatz nicht verringert, ja vlt. ein wenig erhöht. In einem netten und auch für mich als Leihe sehr aufklärenden Gespräch erzählte mir der Chef, Hr. Kindlinger, dass ich in drei Jahren mit ca. 4-5% rechnen könne. Natürlich nur unter verschiedener Voraussetzungen. Ich dachte mir, solange es kein Verlust ist soll es mir recht sein. Jetzt nach fast drei Jahre war ich mit meinem Sohn bei der Fa. Wikifinia und meine Überraschung war riesig. Ich hatte nicht nur meinen Einsatz gehalten – nein, ich habe noch nach Abzug der Kest und Bearbeitungsgebühren einen Gewinn von über 15% erwirtschaftet. I wanted to save my son some money for his 18th birthday. Not much - only € 150,- per month. My expectation was that my commitment would not be reduced, maybe yes. a little increased. In a nice conversation, which was also very informative for me as a loaner, the boss, Mr. Kindlinger that I can count on about 4-5% in three years. Of course only under different conditions. I thought to myself, as long as it's not a loss, it's fine with me. Now after almost three years I was with my son at Wikifinia and my surprise was huge. Not only did I keep my bet - no, I still made a profit of over 15% after deducting Kest and handling fees. I can only say that Wikifinia and Mr Kindlinger have not promised too much. C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Kleinanleger die sich selbst auskennen wollen empfehle ich (Selbst-)Schulung, Internetrecherche und Bücher. Das spart Geld und Zeit! Verkaufspsychologisch sehr gut geschult. Ich hatte nach dem Erstgespräch eine wesentlich höhere Erwartung als es Realität war. Mein aktueller Bestand wurde trotz Hinweis zu Beginn erst am Ende analysiert und hätte die (einzige) Empfehlung geändert. Inwiefern hätte ich im Rahmen der Jahresbetreuung erfahren, die ich letztendlich nicht gebucht habe. Im Erstgespräch wurde betont, man wolle Wissen vermitteln, sodass die Kunden selbstständig agieren können. Das hätte für mich bedeutet, dass eine laufende kostenpflichtige Betreuung nicht notwendig wäre. Fachlich scheint es zu passen. Allerdings hätte ich mir 700€ erspart, wenn ich auf mein bisheriges Wissen vertraut hätte. Im Endeffekt war die Empfehlung genau die gleiche wie die eines Buches, allerdings wurde dort auch auf Alternativen eingegangen und genauer auf das Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Meine Empfehlung: Beim Erstgespräch die Wünsche und den zu erwartenden Output ganz genau abklären. For small investors who want to find out for themselves, I recommend (self-)training, internet research and books. That saves money and time! Very well trained in sales psychology. After the first meeting, I had much higher expectations than the reality. My current inventory was only analyzed at the end, despite a warning at the beginning, and would have changed the (only) recommendation. To what extent would I have found out as part of the annual care that I ultimately did not book. In the initial meeting, it was emphasized that the aim was to impart knowledge so that the customers could act independently. For me, that would have meant that ongoing paid support would not be necessary. Technically it seems to fit. However, I would have saved myself €700 if I had trusted my previous knowledge. In the end, the recommendation was exactly the same as that of a book, but alternatives were also discussed there and more specifically the topic of sustainability. My recommendation: During the first meeting, clarify the wishes and the expected output very precisely.
