Location is perfect. Other than that nothing positive comes to my mind. The internet connection is so bad LIKE WHAAAAAAT?

I did spend my Erasmus+ semester here and it's pretty good. Kitchens and washing machine rooms are shared. It's clean but it's highly depends on other people from your floor.

I was studying abroad in Vienna from America. I chose this apartment because it was pretty cheap, and relatively close to the city and university. It is a 7 minute walk to the subway, 2 minute walk to the bus, and 4 minute walk to the tram. However, this apartment and its information on the website is very misleading. First and foremost, the apartment doesn't have "wifi." There is an internet cable in your room that only supplies internet to your laptop when directly plugged into the PC. If you want wireless internet for your laptop/phone, you are required to go out and purchase your own router. Secondly, some of the apartments do have kitchenettes. I was not aware of this and just got lucky when I walked into my apartment and there was a small kitchen. The rules of the dorm are no smoking, however all the hallways reek of cigarettes. The management for Haus Margareten leaves some to be desired. They are not quick with messages. I was having problems with my roommate and they just kept saying to "kindly" speak to my roommate. Which I did, and the issues still persisted. Then, because my roommate got mad at the fact that I brought issues to her attention, she went and told management. Management then sends me a "warning" email telling me that I was in jeopardy of my lease being cut early. They do not mediate issues. So, if you're having issues with your roommate, I suggest you go and tell management first before the other person does because apparently, they side with whoever brings the problems to their attention first. Overall, it was alright. If you have a little extra money to spare, go for somewhere a little nicer and by yourself with no roommates, if you can swing it.

Extremly bad internet connexion or at some days none, ugly rooms, absurd small bathrooms. Expecting the good location I wouldn't recommend this student house.
