★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hatten wir eine fürchterliche Erfahrung beim Wiener Wirt in Graz.
Wir leben nicht in Österreich und haben daher keinen Zugang zum "Grünen Pass" System - hatten allerdings einen offiziellen Impfnachweis dabei, der überall anders immer akzeptiert wurde und auch nach offiziellen Quellen absolut gilt und fuer das Restaurant keinerlei Problem darstellt. Allerdings hat uns das Restaurant Management regelrecht "rausgeschmissen" - und damit meine ich mich (eine Mutter) mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2 und 3 Jahre alt) - die dann in der Kälte auf ein Taxi warten durften. Ich habe danach nochmals bei einem guten Freund der Hotelier ist nachgefragt und der Nachweis war absolut ausreichend und hätte akzeptiert werden müssen.
Diese Verhalten war absolut diskriminierend und dazu schlechtes Service. Ich kann dieses Restaurant leider keinesfalls empfehlen.
 Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the Wiener Wirt in Graz.
We don't live in Austria and therefore have no access to the "Green Passport" system - but we did have an official vaccination certificate with us, which was always accepted everywhere else and is also absolutely valid according to official sources and is not a problem for the restaurant. However, the restaurant management literally "threw us out" - and by that I mean me (a mother) with two small children (2 and 3 years old) - who were then allowed to wait in the cold for a taxi. I then asked a good friend of the hotelier again and the proof was absolutely sufficient and should have been accepted.
This behavior was absolutely discriminatory and bad service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

Perfekte Küche. Super lockere Bedienung, sehr freundlich. Gepflegte Getränke. Gute Auswahl!???
Great location in the annex to the guest house - made of glass. In addition, a nice outdoor dining area.
Perfect kitchen. Super easy-going service, very friendly. Fine drinks. Good selection! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 30s party in the outdoor area with a set dinning menu. 3 soups, 3 main dishes and some dessert were offered. Some of the guest and the host are vegetarian and some are vegan. The kitchen was informed in advanced so that 1 soup and 1 main course could be prepared to be vegan.
Upon ordering, a lactose intolerant guest received the vegan soup with cream in it. Mistakes happen and the soup was returned. However, the same soup came back and they just spooned out the cream. For such a pricey location, this is just unbelievable. After that, the vegan main dish for the same person arrived topped with Parmesan. Fortunately this dish was redone completely. Other issues included not receiving a couple ordered soups, long waiting times for drink orders and smug comments about non-alcoholic beer orders.
The outdoor seating is nice and the other waiters were more courteous but all in all, our experience was not good, especially for that price. Therefore I can't recommend this restaurant.
