A	Alex Blaunsteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss ehrlich sagen, so heruntergekommen habe ich noch nie eine Apotheke erlebt, sieht aus wie vor 200 Jahren und überall hängen Spinnenhäute. Aber abgesehen davon wurde ich noch nie bisher so unfreundlich behandelt. Ich hätte ein Medikament dringend gebraucht, das die Wienertor Apotheke nicht hatte. Also wollte ich woanders hingehen und ein älterer Herr (vermutlich der Chef) wollte mir mein Rezept nicht wiedergeben. Er hat mir versucht einzureden dass ich es mir am nächsten Tag holen soll, oder dass er es mir mit der Post schickt.Ich musste ihm gut 3-4 mal sagen dass ich es eilig habe und dringend brauche und dass er mir das Rezept wieder zurück geben soll. Er hat es mir dann nur mit den Worten "Na gut da hams es" hingeklatscht und sich umgedreht. Also in diese Apotheke werd ich garantiert nie wieder gehen. 1 Stern gebe ich nur damit man hier eine Bewertung schreiben verdient hat sich diese Apotheke eig. keinen. I have to say honestly, I have never seen such a dilapidated pharmacy, looks like 200 years ago and everywhere spider skins hang. But apart from that, I've never been treated so rudely. I urgently needed a medicine that did not have the Wienertor pharmacy. So I wanted to go somewhere else and an older man (probably the boss) did not want to give me my recipe. He tried to persuade me to get it the next day, or that he sent it to me by mail. I had to tell him well 3-4 times that I'm in a hurry and need it urgently and that he give me the recipe back should give. He then just clapped it to me and said, "Well, there hams it". So I'm guaranteed never to go to this pharmacy again. 1 star I give so that you here write a review has earned this pharmacy eig. No.
C	Christoph Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit der Übernahme der neuen Frau Apotheker gehe ich wieder gerne dorthin. Nettes Personal, gute Bedienung und sehr nett dekoriert. Wie man sieht schadet ein wenig Luftveränderung nicht! Weiter so! Since taking over the new Frau Apotheker, I like to go there again. Nice staff, good service and very nicely decorated. As you can see, a little air change does not hurt! Keep it up!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt kompetent und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich in guten Händen aufgehoben. When we were on vacation in Krems an der Donau and needed a pharmacy, we were welcomed and advised very friendly in the Wienertor pharmacy. The price-performance ratio is right and the employees are all competent and courteous. You feel in good hands.

Wurde in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so unfreundlich behandelt, bei einfacher Auskunft am Telefon auch einfach ignoriert ("Dafür hab ich jetzt keine Zeit, es kommt gerade Kundschaft"). Von Hilfsbereitschaft nichts zu spüren und Kunden/Patientendatenschutz wird grob vernachlässigt. Empfehle hier nur in äußerst dringenden Notfällen hinzugehen (wenn sonst keine andere Apo Nachtdienst hat). Right bad it hits completely. Has never been treated so unfriendly in my life, with simple information on the phone just ignored ("I have no time for it, it just comes clientele"). There is no sign of helpfulness and customer / patient privacy is grossly neglected. We recommend that you only go there in extremely urgent emergencies (if there is no other Apo night service).

Was aber noch viel schlimmer ist, ist die Inkompetenz und der unfreundliche Kundenumgang des gesamten Personals. Obwohl sie die nächste Apo ist, mach ich lieber einen ganz großen Umweg und empfehle das auch allen anderen Kunden. (Denn ja, auch für Pharmazeuten, sie sind einfach nur Dienstleister und auf ihre Kunden angewiesen. Vor allem in Zeiten der Online Apotheken) Unfortunately no 0 stars possible! The shop was dirty and came down. But what is even worse is the incompetence and the unfriendly customer service of the entire staff. Although she's the next Apo, I'd rather make a big detour and recommend it to all other customers as well. I often see them giving long explanations and recommendations to people, especially older people that need help. It's a pharmacy I'm always happy to go to and there's a parking space right in front of the door too! Definitely 5 stars.
