Ich benötigte für mein Kind am Samstag dringend eine rezeptpflichtige Creme zur Behandlung, die aber in keiner Apotheke in Krems lagernd war. Die Mohren-Apotheke war die einzige Apotheke die per Telefon eine rezeptfreie Alternative vorgeschlagen hat. Als ich sie abholen wollte hat das Personal mit meinem Arzt telefoniert und wir konnten doch noch eine lagernde rezeptpflichtige Alternative ausfindig machen. Das ist eine außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft für die ich mich im Namen meines kranken Kindes sehr bedanken möchte Exceptional helpfulness. I urgently needed a prescription cream for my child for treatment on Saturday, but it wasn't in any pharmacy in Krems. The Mohren pharmacy was the only pharmacy that suggested a non-prescription alternative over the phone. When I wanted to pick them up, the staff phoned my doctor and we were able to find a prescription alternative that was in stock. This is an extraordinary willingness to help, for which I would like to thank you on behalf of my sick child

Äußerst freundliche Dame hat mir einen Soforttermin ohne Voranmeldung gegeben. Abwicklung TOP, superschnell, unkompliziert. Kann die Apotheke nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank !
