Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir die Fahrerin die meinen Kater vor etwa zwei Wochen um 1 Uhr früh abgeholt hat. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat ihn liebevoll in den Karton gelegt, sogar nach seinem Namen gefragt. Sie hat den schwierigen Moment erheblich erleichtert. Auch bei der Abholung war der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, ich hatte insgesamt ein gutes Gefühl hier meine Katze einäschern zu lassen. Danke für die gute Arbeit! The staff are all very friendly and hard-working. I especially noticed the driver who picked up my hangover at 1 o'clock in the morning about two weeks ago. She was very friendly and lovingly put him in the box, even asked for his name. She has made the difficult moment much easier. Also with the pickup the coworker was very friendly, altogether I had a good feeling to cremate my cat here. Thanks for the good work!

Man hat den Mitarbeitern das Mitgefühl wirklich angemerkt. Gerne würde ich sagen- immer wieder gerne-,aber ich hoffe es wird nicht so bald nötig sein. Very nice and empathetic staff. Unfortunately I was there far too often this year, 4x in one week. You really noticed the sympathy of the employees. I'd love to say - always happy - but I hope it won't be necessary any time soon.
