I	Isabella Zierhut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Kukla war von der ersten Minute an sehr einfühlsam. Ich habe mich schon vorab telefonisch erkundigt und erhielt genaue Informationen zu Leistung und Preis. Als Frau Kukla dann meine verstorbene Hündin abholte, war alles sehr professionell und mit sehr viel Empathie und Ruhe. Mir war wichtig, dass es ein österreichisches Krematorium ist und diese Tierbestattung arbeitet mit einem Krematorium in der Steiermark zusammen. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Mrs. Kukla was very empathetic from the very first minute. I made inquiries by phone in advance and received precise information about the service and price. When Ms. Kukla picked up my deceased dog, everything was very professional and with a lot of empathy and calm. It was important to me that it is an Austrian crematorium and this animal burial works together with a crematorium in Styria. All in all a very good experience.

Nicht nur das ich über Frau Kukla eine ganz tolle Tierärztin gefunden habe, die mir noch weitere 4 Monate mit meiner Katze schenken konnte, sondern auch kompetente liebevolle Beratung. Hervorheben möchte ich hier die sehr gute Erreichbarkeit per Telefon, Email oder Facebook. Wir mussten meine Katze an einem Samstag erlösen und Frau Kukla war sowohl Freitag Abend als auch am Samstag telefonisch erreichbar und holte unsere Wilma Samstags Nachmittags ab. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch alles top! Dadurch das Frau Kukla mit bereits vorbereiteten Unterlagen nach hause kommt, geht alles unkompliziert & schnell und nimmt einem in der schweren Zeit die Arbeit ab. So kann man in Ruhe trauern und alles verarbeiten. Wir bekamen unsere Wilma wie vereinbart zurück in einer schönen Urne mit Zertifikat, auch hier brachte uns Frau Kukla Wilma wieder bis nach hause. Vielen Dank für alles!!! My absolute recommendation for pet owners! Not only that I found a great veterinarian through Ms. Kukla, who could give me another 4 months with my cat, but also competent, loving advice. I would like to emphasize the very good accessibility by phone, email or Facebook. We had to redeem my cat on a Saturday and Ms. Kukla was available by phone both Friday evening and Saturday and picked up our Wilma on Saturday afternoons. From the price-performance ratio everything was great too! The fact that Ms. Kukla comes home with already prepared documents, everything goes quickly and easily and takes the work off you in difficult times. So you can mourn in peace and process everything. We got our Wilma back as agreed in a beautiful urn with a certificate, here too Mrs. Kukla Wilma brought us back home. Many thanks for everything!!!

Spätabends wurde sie noch abgeholt und das ohne Zuschläge was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sie wurde von Fr.Kukla und mir liebevoll in eine Decke gehüllt, ihr Stoffmäuschen durfte ich ihr mitgeben. Fr. Kukla ist eine sehr einfühlsame Tierfreundin. Man fühlt sich in dieser schweren Zeit sehr gut und kompetent betreut. Ich kann Fr.Kukla nur wärmstens empfehlen und weiß wovon ich spreche, da ich schon 5 Katzen kremieren ließ, aber von anderen Unternehmen. DANKE nochmals!!! She was picked up late in the evening and that without surcharges, which is not a matter of course. You feel very well and competently looked after during these difficult times. So wohnte die ganze Familie den letzten schweren Weg bei und eine Stunde später war auch Frau Kukla eingetroffen. Ihre einfühlsame und behutsame Vorgangsweise, einem Gespräch über das Leben der Dahingeschiedenen folgen auch noch Tipps wie wir uns gegenüber dem verbleibenden Vierpfotling verhalten sollten um auch diese in ihrer Trauer zu unterstützen. Die Formalitäten liefen im Hintergrund, denn die Familie und die Tiere standen im Mittelpunkt. Leider kenne ich dies von einem anderen namhaften Tierbestatter ganz anders, da war Zeitdruck und eine schnelle "Abfertigung" vorrangig. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die emotionale Unterstützung! Wir werden uns wiedersehen wenn es Zeit für unsere andere geliebte Hundedame ist, wir hoffen natürlich, dass dies nicht all zu bald sein wird. Danke Frau Kukla, Sie wurden tatsächlich berufen. In August we had to let our Lea go. We were very relieved that we could make the pick-up appointment in advance. So the whole family attended the last difficult journey and an hour later Ms. Kukla had also arrived. Her sensitive and cautious approach, a conversation about the life of the deceased are followed by tips on how we should behave towards the remaining four-paw to support them in their grief. The formalities ran in the background, because the family and the animals were the focus. Unfortunately, I know this completely different from another well-known animal undertaker, where time pressure and quick "clearance" were paramount. Thank you very much for the emotional support! Wir haben uns entschlossen in einäschern zu lassen und bei Recherchen bin ich auf die mobile Tierbestattung Kukla gestoßen. Sie war sehr einfühlsam und es war ein extrem rücksichtsvoller Kontakt. Unser Liebling wurde direkt von uns abgeholt und einige Tage durften wir ihn in der von uns ausgewählten Urne samt Pfotenabdrücke abholen. Ich kann nur eine 5Sterne Bewertung abgeben und wir sind froh das so gemacht zu haben! Unfortunately we had to put our tomcat to sleep this year, that was terribly difficult for us! We decided to be cremated and while researching I came across the mobile animal burial Kukla. She was very empathetic and it was extremely considerate contact. Our darling was picked up directly by us and for a few days we were allowed to pick him up in the urn we selected, complete with paw prints. I can only give a 5 star rating and we're glad we did!
