★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte die KFZ-Haftpflicht und Vollkasko nach einem Jahr kündigen, da ich ein besseres Angebot bekommen habe. Leider haben sie mich nur aus KFZ-Haftpflichtvers. heraus gelassen, die Vollkasko läuft lt. deren Aussage noch 2 Jahre weiter, nicht einmal Kulanz über den Versicherungsvertreter Hrn. Saria war möglich. Die Versicherung hat die Kündigung der KFZ-Haftpflichtversicherung sogar an die Verkehrsbehörde gemeldet. Jetzt bekomme ich eine neue Polizze, in der steht, dass sich die Vollkasko jeweils um ein Jahr verlängert (und keine zwei Jahre!!). Also Angstmache und Chaos pur, Hände weg. Werde möglicherweise die Rechtschutzabteilung der AK einschalten. Komme mir veräppelt vor.
I wanted to cancel the motor vehicle liability and fully comprehensive insurance after a year because I got a better offer. Unfortunately they only got me out of car liability insurance. let out, the fully comprehensive insurance continues to run for 2 years according to their statement, not even goodwill via the insurance agent Mr. Saria was possible. The insurance company even reported the termination of the motor vehicle liability insurance to the traffic authorities. Now I get a new policy that says that the fully comprehensive insurance is extended by one year (and not two years !!). So fear mongering and pure chaos, hands off. I might call in the legal protection department of the AK. Seems fooled to me.
