Diese Versicherung ist in beiden Fällen ein Totalschaden. The least you can expect from an insurance company is good service and, of course, that you get adequate benefits in the event of a claim. In both cases, this insurance is a total loss.

Und das auch nur, weil ich immer gut versorgt bzw. gut behandelt wurde, man hat meist einen Ansprechpartner und meine ist sehr höflich, sowie zuvorkommend und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für mich und meine Sorgen (Anliegen). Und das sogar nach 16Uhr, obwohl das Büro schon geschlossen hat, nimmt Sie sich trotzdem Zeit für mein Anliegen?. Im grossen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Wiener Städtischen Versicherung AG!!! I can only say good things about Wiener Städtische Versicherung, as I am insured there myself and have been insured for several years. And that's only because I was always well looked after or treated well, you usually have a contact person and mine is very polite and courteous and really takes time for me and my worries (concerns). When I was finally leaving Salzburg the consultant was never available to receive me, sent me wrong information on how to cancel the contract and was not transparent in the contract cancelation terms. 3 months later I have moved out, tried canceling the contract multiple times but I keep getting letters from the company to pay more money and now I'm having to hire a professional to deal with this untrustworthy insurance. So stay away for house and car insurance. You can find much better in Salzburg.
