Wenn ich den Vergleich habe mit anderen Versicherungen dann Bereue ich jedes mal das ich bei der Versicherung einen Vertrag habe. Hoffe das sich was ändert. The insurance is neither competent nor customer-oriented. In my opinion, Wiener Städtische is no longer up to date. If I have the comparison with other insurance companies then I regret every time that I have a contract with the insurance company. Hope something changes.

Man stelle sich vor, dass man lange Zeit um sonst Beiträge gezahlt hat und im Anschluss bekommt man weder das Geld zurück noch etwas anderes. Nein man bekommt eine Gebühr Abrechnung von über 200€. Ich empfehle EGAL welche andere Versicherung zu kontaktieren. Zwar sind die Beiträge der WS kleiner aber die Gebühren die anfallen sollte man kündigen sind mehr als die Differenz wenn man die Versicherung bei einer anderen Versicherung abgeschlossen hätte. Imagine that you have insurance with Wiener Städtische. Imagine that you have paid contributions for a long time and then you get neither the money back nor anything else. No you get a billing fee of over € 200. I recommend EGAL to contact which other insurance company.
