★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order some spare ribs. They were burnt, dry and very hard. Impossible to cut through it with a knife.
I called them to find a solution, they told me the meat is supposed to be like that because the meat is originally frozen and that they cook the spare ribs in an oil fryer.
Disappointing.
