Besuchsbegleitung wurde gegenüber der Kindesmutter trotz Urteil nicht durchgesetzt. Natürlich im Sinne des Kindeswohl. Klassisches ewig gestriges Rollenbild von Mann und Frau. Nur im Notfall zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich in Meiner Verzweiflung an eine andere Institution gewendet und siehe da es hat auf einmal mit dem der Besuchsbegleitung ohne Mutter funktioniert. Ich bin sehr froh beim Wiener Familienbund einen so offenen und toleranten Arbeitgeber gehabt zu haben und wünsche dem ganzen Team nur das Beste! I cannot understand some of the reviews here, I worked for around two years in different positions at the Wiener Familienbund and cannot at all share the allegations that are made here. I am very happy to have had such an open and tolerant employer at the Wiener Familienbund and I wish the whole team the best!

Gute Leitung, viel Programm, Kinder haben immer kleine Sachen über die Woche gemacht und Freitags mit nach Hause genommen. Gute Planung und auch immer Infos über Corona Fälle, wünschte wäre in Schule auch so..... In the summer our children were at the association in the summer care in Svetelskystraße and I can only say: TOP! Good management, a lot of program, children always did little things during the week and took them home on Fridays. Good planning and always information about Corona cases, wish it would be like that in school .....

Man wird belächelt, belogen, teilweise werden sogar Ansprüche zurückgehalten während von einem selbst viel Flexibilität verlang wird. Auch, dass in der Vorbereitungszeit der Fokus darauf gelegt wird, sich selbst und den Familienbund juristisch abzusichern, während es kein Wort dazu fällt, wie man sich bei möglichen sexuellen Missbrauch, Verwahrlosung oder häuslicher Gewalt an den zu betreuenden Kindern verhalten soll oder an wen man sich wenden kann, zeigt, wie diese Organisation tickt. Habe schon bei verschiedenen Trägern im Sozialbereich gearbeitet und sowas noch nicht erlebt, scheine aber bei weitem nicht die einzige zu sein, die solche oder ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat. In meiner, nicht einfachen Situation ( ich lebe ca 1600 Km von Wien entfernt) wurde mir sehr professionell mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft geholfen , eine Verbindung zu meiner Tochter wieder aufzubauen. Mich beeindruckt der Einsatz der Mitarbeiter, die aufrichtig versuchen zu helfen . Selbst nur mir aufgrund der weiten Anreise mögliche Wochenendtermine werden organisiert. Bitte bedenkt das der Familienbund ein Mittler ist , nicht die Rechtsenscheidende Instanz. I definitely disagree with the previous writers, mostly Anonymous. In my, not easy situation (I live about 1600 km from Vienna) I was helped very professionally and with great willingness to rebuild a connection with my daughter. I am impressed by the commitment of the employees who sincerely try to help. Even only me possible weekend dates due to the long journey are organized. Please consider that the family union is a mediator, not the judicial authority.

Ich habe immer das Gefühl gehört und ernstgenommen zu werden - und das auf allen Ebenen des Vereins. Sprich: von meinen Kolleg*innen an der Basis der OKJA bis hin zur oberste Etage, also bis zur Geschäftsführerin, herrscht ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Umgang miteinander im Verein. Ich fühle mich in diesem Verein wirklich sehr wohl und kann nur allen empfehlen Teil des WFB zu werden. Hier arbeiten wirklich liebe und lustige Leute ::)) I have been working at the WFB for almost three years now and I can say that I am very satisfied with the WFB as an employer: I was treated with respect and appreciation from the start. I always had the feeling that I was heard and taken seriously - and that at all levels of the club. In other words: from my colleagues at the base of OKJA to the top floor, i.e. to the managing director, there is a very pleasant and helpful interaction with each other in the club.
