To the ticket lady at the counter on 22/7/‘21 - quarter to closing time, Since I entered the shop you’ve been awkwardly following me around with your hawk eyed gaze. In spite of the fact that it is my (caucasian) partner who is frantically looking for last minute postcards and I’m the one casually browsing. In the end, while my partner is paying for his items, I’m taking a card on the left of the counter, where there are only free cards on display. You should get to know your working space better in stead of making non-caucasian people feel ill at ease and accusing them of stealing! It’s funny though, you’re working for an art institution. Art is there to free and enlighten the mind. I would suggest Wien Museum MUSA to gift their staff free entrance to their musea in order to enlighten and educate their employees and avoid these kind of (micro-)agressions in the future. Be better!

Also greeted by a rude man who was pretty annoyed when I asked about free entrance.

Small museum with only a room. The staff was cold and unwelcoming. The Felix Salten story is nicely done and full of documents, photos and memorabilia. Overpriced a bit.

Smallish museum. The Red Vienna exhibit was interesting and educational, but hardly worth the visit. The other exhibit was some photography exhibit without any title or explanations. Glad we went on the free first Sunday of the month.

Compact, part of the Red Vienna exhibition, all with English translations.

We didn’t get to go inside because we thought this was a free museum, but then were so rudely accosted by the man at the counter that we turned around immediately and left. Leaving this review in hopes that the museum management will see this and learn to train your employees better! Honestly, shouting at guests rudely is a bad look for your entire establishment.

Fantastic gallery. MUSA has no entree fee so it's a great place to see if you're by the city hall.
