If you agree to call you back, you will only be put on hold and there will never be an answer. Vienna should be ashamed of such service.

T	The Shepherd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Kundenservice Telefonat der besonderen art, im Hintergrund party, ein kichern und Gelächter, die dame vom Telefonat auf Valium und geistig nicht ganz da?! Von fachlicher Kompetenz weit entfernt !!! So sollte ein Gespräch bei „Wien-Energie“ nicht ablaufen. A customer service call of a special kind, a party in the background, a giggle and laughter, the lady on the call on Valium and mentally not quite there?! Far from professional competence !!! This is not how a conversation at “Wien-Energie” should go.
T	TheNio9 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe! Die Abrechnung erfolgt absolut intransparent, die Preise sind horrend und nicht nachvollziehbar. Ein Wechsel auf einen anderen Anbieter ist nicht möglich, da die Wien Energie hier das volle Monopol hat! Der Kundenservice ist extrem schwer zu erreichen, keiner fühlt sich zuständig; man wird ständig verbunden, eher dann die Verbindung einfach beendet wird. Rechnungen kommen oft sehr spät, teilweise gar nicht. Für meine nächste Wohnung kommt die Fernwärme als Wärmequelle nicht in Frage, um nicht mehr von dieser Firma abhängig zu sein! Absolute disaster! The billing is absolutely non-transparent, the prices are horrendous and incomprehensible. Switching to another provider is not possible, as Wien Energie has the full monopoly here! Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, no one feels responsible; one is constantly connected, rather then the connection is simply terminated. Invoices often come very late, sometimes not at all. For my next apartment, district heating is out of the question as a heat source so that I no longer have to be dependent on this company!
t	thomas wasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt offenbar keinen Kundenservice, denn 1. kommt man telefonisch nie durch 2. kann man sich mit Termin anrufen lassen, jedoch geschieht das automatisch und man ist wieder in der Warteschleife und 3. wurden von 3 E-Mails, die ich in den letzten 2 Wochen schrieb, keine einzige beantwortet. Das Einzige, was dort gut funktioniert, ist, dass man saftige Preiserhöhungen sofort per Brief mitgeteilt bekommt. Apparently there is no customer service, because 1. you never get through by phone 2. you can be called with an appointment, but this happens automatically and you are back on hold and 3. received 3 e-mails from the last one 2 weeks wrote, not answered a single one. The only thing that works well there is that you get juicy price increases immediately by letter.
