Ich war dort, um El Fakher Tabak zu kaufen und die Dame an der Kasse war sehr lieb zu mir und hatte sich ein bisschen Zeit genommen, um mir alles über Tabak im Detail zu erklären und mir den von mir gewünschten Tabak zu finden. Sie war sehr geduldig und nett. Außerdem hat sie mir auch gesagt, dass ich einfach den Tabak zurückbringen kann, falls es nicht gut passt bzw. nicht lecker oder irgendwie den Geschmack verloren hat. Einfach 5 Sterne! Simply great performance and nice staff! I was there to buy El Fakher tobacco and the lady at the till was very nice to me and had taken a little time to explain everything about tobacco in detail and to find the tobacco I wanted. She was very patient and kind. In addition, she also told me that I can simply bring the tobacco back if it does not fit well or is not tasty or has somehow lost its taste. Simply 5 stars!

Es gibt auch einen gut gefüllten Schrank-Humidor mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Kuba und Nicaragua. Freundliche Bedienung. Komme sicher wieder. Exceptionally well-stocked tobacco shops for this size. Wide selection of cigarillos, not just the moods usual in smaller tobacconists. There is also a well-stocked cabinet humidor with an emphasis on Cuba and Nicaragua. Friendly service. I will definitely come back.
M	Markus Kastner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Trafik hat eh schon aufgrund der Frequenz der Fahrgäste längere Öffnungszeiten, aber öffnet Sonntag erst um 13 Uhr und schließt bereits am Wochenende wieder um 18 Uhr. Es ist ein kleines aber nett ausgestattetes Geschäftslokal, mit einem guten Standardangebot aber keine Spezialisierung. The tobacco shop has longer opening times anyway due to the frequency of passengers, but does not open until 1 p.m. on Sundays and closes again at 6 p.m. on the weekend. It is a small but nicely equipped business premises, with a good standard range but no specialization.
A	Ahmed Mohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war in der Trafik und habe mein Anliegen geäußert, jedoch hatte ich die Maske an und war mit meiner tiefen Stimme etwas schwerer zu hören, da machte die kurzhaarige Blonde Dame einen Schlussstrich und wurde laut, fehlte nur noch das sie losschreit, wie bei anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, ist die diese Dame wirklich garstig und unfreundlich, niewieder betrete ich diese Trafik das ist wohl ein Witz, wenn sie nicht Kulturoffen sind oder einfach losschreien wollen, weil sie Ihren schlechten Tag auf andere übertragen wollen, dann gehns lieber nachhaus! I was in the tobacconist and expressed my concern, but I had the mask on and it was a little harder to hear with my deep voice, so the short-haired blond lady drew a line and got loud, all that was missing was that she started screaming, like with others If you read the reviews, this lady is really nasty and unfriendly, I'll never go into this tobacconist again, that's probably a joke, if you're not open to culture or just want to scream because you want to transfer your bad day to others, then you'd better go home!
M	Mario Wanderer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in dieser Trafik, seit meinem neuen Job, in den letzten 9 Monaten geschätzte 1500 Euro ausgegeben. Alles, vom morgendlichen Eiskaffee, über Zigaretten, Lottoscheine und GOOGLE PLAY Karten dort gekauft, die Damen in der Früh waren auch immer sehr nett. Nun habe ich dort letzte Woche eine angesprochene Google Play Karte gekauft, bei deren Aktivierung offenbar etwas schiefgegangen ist. Google Support war super, hat mir auch ein Bestätigungsmail für die Trafik geschrieben, dass die Aktivierung nicht geklappt hat. Abends wieder in der Trafik vorbeigeschaut und Problem geschildert. Die beiden Damen haben mich wie einen Betrüger behandelt, sagten sie könnten mir nicht helfen, einen neuerlichen Aktivierungsversuch haben sie auch kategorisch abgelehnt und (angeblich) mit Chef Rücksprache gehalten. Quintessenz: Ich soll doch gehen und mich bei Google beschweren. NIE WIEDER sieht diese Trafik einen Euro von mir. Die 25 EUR (hat mir kulanterweise nun Google gutgeschrieben) hätte ich verschmerzt. Aber das "Service"??? Unfassbar I have spent an estimated 1500 euros in this tobacconist in the last 9 months since my new job. Everything from morning iced coffee to cigarettes, lottery tickets and GOOGLE PLAY tickets bought there, the ladies in the morning were always very nice too. I bought a Google Play card mentioned there last week, and apparently something went wrong when activating it. Google support was great, they also wrote me a confirmation email for the tobacconist that the activation didn't work. Dropped by the tobacconist again in the evening and described the problem. The two ladies treated me like a scam, said they couldn't help me, they categorically refused a new activation attempt and (allegedly) consulted the boss. Bottom line: I should go and complain to Google. NEVER AGAIN will this tobacconist see a euro from me. I would have gotten over the 25 EUR (Google has now credited me as a gesture of goodwill). But the "Service"??? Incomprehensible

Ich bin seit Jahren Stammkundin dieser netten Trafik und ich bin ebenso lange begeistert von diesen außergewöhnlich netten und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterinnen! Ich bin ein Mensch, der kleine Gesten sehr schätzt und deshalb weiß ich es sehr und dankbar zu schätzen, dass man mir z.B. eine Zigarettenpackung mit einem schönen Bild heraussucht, d.h. mit einem nicht so "grausligen " Bild. Ich freue mich jedes Mal sehr darüber und möchte hier nochmals DANKE sagen! Man sagt, ein Team ist so gut wie sein Chef und in diesem Fall trifft dies voll und ganz zu! Herr Thomas Metzl kann sehr stolz auf sein Team sein. ? Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: ? ? ? ? ? ? Everything great!!! ? ? ? I've been a regular customer of this nice tobacco shop for years and I've been enthusiastic about these extraordinarily nice and courteous employees for just as long! I am a person who appreciates small gestures very much and therefore I appreciate it very much and gratefully if someone chooses for me, for example, a pack of cigarettes with a nice picture, i.e. with a not so "scary" picture. I am always very happy about it and would like to say THANK YOU again! They say a team is as good as its boss and in this case it's absolutely true! Mr. Thomas Metzl can be very proud of his team. ?
