J	Jan Bartusch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, das die Kommunikation zwischen der WET und Vertragspartner nicht bzw in einer Art geführt wird, bei der auf Nachrichten von einer Vertragsparteien eingegangen wird. Es war zu Beginn ein sachliches und lösungsorientiertes Verhältnis, dass leider aktuell sehr getrübt ist. It is a shame that the communication between WET and the contractual partner is not conducted or in a way that responds to messages from one of the contractual parties. At the beginning it was a matter-of-fact and solution-oriented relationship that is unfortunately very clouded at the moment.
B	Bernhard Braher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasche und unkomplizierte Hilfe, schrieb am Sonntag in der Nacht eine Mail (Probleme mit dem Wasserabfluss in der Küche), hatte am Montag um 7:45 schon eine Antwort, ein Installateur war bereits verständigt, das Problem war im Laufe des Tages bereits wieder behoben - super freundlich und flott Abwicklung - DANKE! Quick and uncomplicated help, wrote an email on Sunday night (problems with the water drainage in the kitchen), had an answer on Monday at 7.45am, an installer had already been contacted, the problem had already been resolved in the course of the day - super friendly and fast processing - THANK YOU!

Heute haben einige Bauarbeiter anscheinend ihren Müll auf der Strasse entsorgt. Ich bin der Meinung das sie diesbezüglich den Leiter der Baustelle informieren sollten!!!! mfg Maximilian Wartinger Her group is building new apartments in St.Pölten Hart Kreuzfeldstrasse. Bauer sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Bin froh, jetzt in einer WET-Wohnung zu wohnen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Genossenschaften.... Vielen Dank! From making contact to moving in, simply TOP. Fast, uncomplicated care, professional and friendly handover of the apartment, Ms. Bauer very competent and very friendly. I'm happy to be living in a WET apartment now. Unlike other cooperatives .... Thank you very much!

So flott und extrem hilfsbereit wurde noch nie gehandelt bei den andern Genossenschaften wo ich bisher war. Da freut man sich gleich noch mehr auf sein neues Zuhause. Danke I will soon be moving into my new home and I can only say that I am impressed by the very friendly and competent staff. The other cooperatives I've been to have never acted so quickly and extremely helpfully. It makes you look forward to your new home even more. Thanks
J	Ju Lia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich nicht Mieter sondern sogar Eigentümer einer WET Wohnung bin, hatte ich bis jetzt mehr Probleme mit der WET als ich anfangs für möglich gehalten hatte. Grundsätzlich reagierte die Hausverwaltung schnell bei kleineren Problemen, aber die Übergabe der Wohnung an mich war ein absolutes Disaster, ich wurde für Dinge beschuldigt, die unmöglich waren und musste zusätzlich dringend notwendige Reparaturen durchführen, die eigentlich definitiv von der Hausverwaltung erledigt werden hätten müssen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die meisten Punkte direkt an unserem Bearbeiter scheiterten, denn alles was nicht über ihn ging, wurde professionell erledigt - dafür gibts dein einen Stern.. Although I'm not a tenant but actually the owner of a WET apartment, I've had more problems with the WET than I initially thought possible. Basically, the property management reacted quickly to minor problems, but the handover of the apartment to me was an absolute disaster, I was blamed for things that were impossible and also had to carry out urgently needed repairs that actually should definitely have been done by the property management. I'm sure that most of the points failed directly because of our editor, because everything that couldn't be done by him was done professionally - that's why you get one star..

Die sehr nette Dame an der Auskunft versprach mir es werde sich bei mir in kürze ein Techniker melden. Was nach kurzer Zeit auch geschah, nur meinte der Techniker er könne mir leider nicht weiterhelfen. Sitze jetzt wahrscheinlich das ganze Wochenende ohne Heizung und Warmwasser da. I called the WET emergency call today because my gas heater had a fault. The very nice lady at the information desk promised me that a technician would get in touch with me shortly. What happened after a short time, only the technician said he could not help me. I'll probably be sitting here all weekend without heating and hot water.
D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a viewing of one apartment which seemed nice and in a quiet area. But we still didn't leave the place feeling that that's going to be our next home. The reason was because of the lady who showed it to us. She was an older woman sho seemed so lifeless and barely showed any emotions and was barely trying to "sell" the apartment to us. We would've been much happier if they just gave us the keys to see it for ourselves. Maybe things would've been different. I said to myself, if the initial experience was so bad, what should I expect from such a company in the future? Thank god I saw the reviews and experiences of other people here before making my decision!!
