★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe viele Jahre in Wien gewohnt und bin seit ich im Bezirk Mödling lebe, schockiert über diese Hausverwaltung, Fehler über Fehler, eine fehlerhafte Abrechnung ist seit 6 Monaten nicht geklärt, neue Brandschutztüre zum Keller wurde von falscher Seite (noch dazu mit brennbarem Schaum!) mit einer Stolperfalle montiert, zugesagte Arbeiten nicht erledigt, auf Mails wartet man ewig und es bleiben immer Teile unbeantwortet (offensichtlich in der Hoffnung, dass man darauf vergisst oder den Mangel akzeptiert), die Liste ist keineswegs vollständig...
 I have lived in Vienna for many years and since I've lived in the Mödling district, shocked about this property management, mistake about mistake, an incorrect billing has not been resolved for 6 months, new fire protection door to the cellar was from the wrong side (with combustible foam!) assembled with a trip hazard, promised work not done, you wait forever for emails and parts always remain unanswered (obviously in the hope that you will forget about them or accept the defect), the list is by no means complete ...
