Leider sind hier lange Wartezeiten standart
Die Dame am schalter wirkt sehr desinteressiert,umerfahren,gelangweiig und alles andere als Profesionel.Man bekommt keine fachliche Antwort bzw. Beratung.
West Union allgemein kann ich niemanden empfählen.Das war früher nicht so.

The lady at the counter seems very disinterested, unexperienced, bored and anything but professional. You get no professional answer or advice.
I can't recommend West Union to anyone in general, it wasn't like that before.
