Nachwievor sind Qualität und Aussehen des Messers trotz exorbitanter Nutzung gleichbleibend. Nun weiß ich, wo ich meine Geschenke für mich und meine Freunde mit ähnlichem Kochgeist besorgen werde. As a cooking enthusiast, I am enthusiastic about the workmanship and handling of the knife. As before, the quality and appearance of the knife are consistent despite the exorbitant use. Now I know where to get my presents for myself and my friends with a similar cooking spirit. Price performance is completely fulfilled and I just like sustainable, long-lasting objects with which I can emotionally implement cooking skills. Hab mir 2 Santoku ein kleines und ein großes, ein Gyuto und ein kleines Gemüsemesser gekauft, welche alle extra scharf, sehr stabil und wunderschön sind. Die Messer liegen super in der Hand und schneiden einfach hervorragend! Die Holzauswahl ist wirklich super, ich hab mich 2 mal für die schwarze Raucheiche, einmal Kirsche und einmal für ein nicht heimisches jedoch wunderschönes entschieden! Ebenso hab ich meine alten Messer und meine Schere dort schärfen lassen, diese wurden schärfer als beim Neukauf! Der schnelle und freundliche Service dort hat mich mehr als überzeugt! Sehr empfehlenswert! Super knife! My hottest ones I've ever bought! I bought 2 Santoku, a small and a large one, a Gyuto and a small paring knife, all of which are extra sharp, very stable and beautiful. The knives are great in the hand and cut simply excellent! The choice of wood is really great, I decided twice for the black smoky oak, once cherry and once for a non-local but beautiful one! I also had my old knives and scissors sharpened there, they were sharper than when I bought them new! The fast and friendly service there has more than convinced me! Highly recommended!
