Mit Josef Wenger hat man einen kompetenten und auch sympathischen Therapeuten/Begleiter fĂŒr diese Trainingsform an seiner Seite. Er hat sich fĂŒr mich ausreichend Zeit genommen und mir alles sehr gut und verstĂ€ndlich erklĂ€rt. Ich kann diese Trainingsform jedem empfehlen, der seine Gesundheit und Fitness fördern will und vor allem all jenen, die das GefĂŒhl haben "der Körper hat irgendwas, man fĂŒhlt sich schlapp und/oder energielos". Hier lohnt es sich in jedem Fall sich das ganze einmal anzusehen. Kompetente und ehrliche Beratung bekommt man vom Josef. Ich habe mich verstanden und gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt.

With Josef Wenger you have a competent and sympathetic therapist / companion for this form of training at your side. He took enough time for me and explained everything to me very well and understandably. I can recommend this type of training to anyone who wants to promote their health and fitness and especially to all those who have the feeling "the body has something, you feel limp and / or lacking in energy". Here it is definitely worth taking a look at the whole thing. You get competent and honest advice from Josef. I understood myself and felt that I was in good hands.
