Ich habe echt die letzten 30 Jahre nicht gewusst was richtig Schlafen bedeutet. Bis zur Beratung bei der Firma Elastica. Danach hat sich meine Lebensqualität sprich Schlafqualität deutlich verbessert. Ich hatte mich für das Modell Redmoon 800 K entschieden, meine Frau EvoPore 850. Ich habe noch nie eine so gute Beratung bekommen, direkt vom Hersteller und wirklich kompetent. Im Handel findet man solch eine Beratung nirgends. Sehr freundlich und TOP Beratung. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen bei Elastica den Schauraum zu besuchen und sich beraten zu lassen. Unbedingt vorher anrufen! Dann ist man ungestört bei der Beratung, den sowas dauert 1/3 - 3/4 Stunde. Tolle Firma !

I have not really known for the last 30 years what sleep means properly. Until consultation with the company Elastica. After that, my quality of life has improved significantly sleep quality. I opted for the Redmoon 800 K model, my wife EvoPore 850. I have never had such good advice, directly from the manufacturer and really competent. In the trade one finds such a consultation nowhere. Very friendly and TOP advice. I can only recommend anyone to visit the showroom at Elastica and get advice. Be sure to call ahead! Then you are undisturbed in the consultation, the so takes 1/3 - 3/4 hour. Great company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte nach ein paar Jahren ein Ersatzteil für einen Elastica-Lattenrost welcher über Matratzen-Concord verkauft wurde bestellen. Bei Elastica hieß es nur: Die (Matratzen-Concord, anm.) wollten uns nicht mehr, daher gibt es auch keine Ersatzteile. Sehr toller Service!
After a few years, I wanted to order a spare part for an Elastica slatted frame that was sold through Mattress Concord. At Elastica it just said: The (mattress concord, note) did not want us anymore, so there are no spare parts. Very great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicher, mein Lattenrost war schon recht alt, aber holzmässig Tipp-Topp in Ordnung (war auch nicht billig damals). Leider waren die Gummihalterungen teilweise schon brüchig geworden. Ersatzteile gibt es nicht mehr. Warum muss ständig das Rad neu erfunden werden und Halterungen, die prinzipiell gut funktionieren, immer wieder geändert werden? Tipp für andere, die auch keine derartigen Ersatzteile mehr bekommen: im 3D-Druckgeschäft machen lassen.
Sure, my slatted frame was already quite old, but wood-wise tip top was okay (wasn't cheap then either). Unfortunately, some of the rubber mounts were already brittle. There are no longer any spare parts. Why does the wheel have to be reinvented all the time and why do mounts that work well in principle have to be changed over and over again? Tip for others who can no longer get such spare parts: have them made in the 3D printing shop.

I've been sleeping wonderfully since I switched to Elastica mattresses (incl. Tepper like on clouds, well almost). Great advice in advance - you know why you should go to a specialist retailer and you are from Austria too
