Ich habe 430€ für diese Jacke bezahlt und die ist nach paar Monaten an paar Stellen extrem kaputt gegangen (nicht gewaschen, nur paar mal getragen).
Das ist eine Frechheit das Sie mir eine kaputte Jacke zurückschicken und sagen ich soll mir das selber annähen?
Ich würde an eurer Stelle nie wieder eine Jacke hier bestellen, ansonsten bekommt ihr das billigste von billigen.
Und zu meinen sie hätten irgendwas repariert, die Schäden sind alle gleich, nichts wurde repariert.
Also wer sich da eine Jacke kauft ist nun selbst schuld.
Holt euch lieber eine für 100 von H&M die hält länger.
Und die Retourkosten wurden ebenso nicht erstatten (20€).
 So folks, this is Wellenstyen service.
I paid €430 for this jacket and after a few months it broke in a few places (not washed, only worn a few times).
It's cheeky that you send me a broken jacket and tell me to sew it on myself?
If I were you I would never order a jacket here again, otherwise you get the cheapest of cheap ones.
And to think they fixed something, the damage is all the same, nothing was fixed.
So if you buy a jacket there, it's your own fault.
Better get one for 100 from H&M, it lasts longer.
And the return costs were also not reimbursed (20€).
