Der Bahnhof steht historisch in direkter Verbindung zum Hotel Weitlanbrunn und hat seine Entstehungszeit in einer Zeit, als die Hotelgäste noch nicht mit dem Auto, sondern mit der Eisenbahn angereist sind. Small train station with an eventful history! Historically, the train station is directly connected to the Hotel Weitlanbrunn and was built at a time when hotel guests had not traveled by car but by train.
M	Mel Schlegel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner, aber feiner, sehr moderner Bahnhof. Ein P+R Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber kein Fahrkartenautomat. Hier erhält man die Fahrscheine beim Zugbegleiter. Der Bahnhof ist nur einen Katzensprung vom Alpenhotel entfernt und dient somit perfekt zur An- und Abreise, sowie auch für Ausflüge mit der Bahn, entweder Richtung Lienz oder ins Nahe Italien. Stündlich fahren hier Züge nach Lienz und Italien. Ebenfalls gibt es hier eine elektronische Abfahrtstafel vor Ort, wo die eigentliche Abfahrtszeit der kommenden Züge steht und falls diese Verspätung haben, wann diese erwartet werden. Dies ist sehr praktisch für den Bahnreisenden. Small but nice, very modern train station. A P + R car park is available, but no ticket machine. Here you can get the tickets from the train attendant. The train station is only a stone's throw away from the Alpenhotel and is therefore perfect for arrival and departure, as well as for trips by train, either towards Lienz or to nearby Italy. Trains to Lienz and Italy run every hour. There is also an electronic departure board on site, where the actual departure time of the upcoming trains is and if they are delayed, when they are expected. This is very convenient for the rail traveler.
