Für meine Mutter, sowie für viele der älteren Generation, ist dies aber nicht möglich. Ich habe dann nochmal angerufen und gefragt warum es nicht möglich ist für meine Mutter telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren, worauf gesagt wurde, ich sollte das dann für meine Mutter erledigen. Es werden schon Ausnahmen gemacht lt. der auskunftgebenden Person am telefon, aber in dem Fall meiner Mutter anscheinend nicht. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass man in einer Pandemie, es Leuten so schwer macht sich vorbildlich zu verhalten. Ich verstehe nicht warum man, vor allem der älteren Generation nicht die Möglichkeit gibt sich telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Durch solche Mitarbeiter wie in dieser Apotheke, und ich verstehe durchaus dass die Weihnachtszeit stressig ist, wird das Testen gehen einfach unmöglich gemacht, für die ältere Bevölkerungsgruppe! Nur zur Info, meine Mutter hat telefonisch einen Termin in der Apotheke in Straßburg vereinbaren können. My mother called to make an appointment for Pcr testing. She was told it was only possible online. For my mother, as well as for many of the older generation, this is not possible. I then called again and asked why it was not possible for my mother to make an appointment by phone, whereupon they said I should do it for my mother. Exceptions are made according to the person providing the information on the phone, but apparently not in my mother's case. I think it's a cheek that in a pandemic it is so difficult for people to behave in an exemplary manner. I don't understand why, especially the older generation, is not given the opportunity to make an appointment by phone. With staff like this one at this pharmacy, and I fully understand that the Christmas season is stressful, testing is simply made impossible for the older population! Just for information, my mother was able to make an appointment at the pharmacy in Strasbourg by phone.
