War 2x in dieser Apotheke !!!Keine Beratung!!Werde diese Apotheke nicht mehr besuchen da es genug Apotheken in Klagenfurt gibt wo man freundlich bedient wird!!!!! Very unfriendly staff! Was twice in this pharmacy !!! No advice !! Will not visit this pharmacy again because there are enough pharmacies in Klagenfurt where you are served friendly !!!!!

Diese Dame hat einen Umgang mit Kunden, wie er meines Erachtens nach nicht sein darf! Mittlerweile sind wir nicht mehr die Einzigen, die sich von dieser Frau nicht mehr bedienen lassen möchten und sogar lieber die Apotheke wechseln!!!! Except for one employee, everyone is very friendly and competent! Unfortunately we always have the bad luck to catch the "dragon"! This lady has a way of dealing with customers that I believe should not be! Meanwhile we are no longer the only ones who no longer want to be served by this woman and even prefer to change the pharmacy !!!!
M	Marco Monego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist leider nicht mal einen Stern wert! Mein Vater wollte schon mehrmals Medikamente abholen für meine Mutter die schwer krank ans Bett gebunden. Jedoch da keine e card mitgenommen wurde,bekam er nicht die dringend benötigten Medikamente. Keine Hilfe, keine Lösungsvorschläge,nur stures und inkompetentes auftreten und verhalten. Hoffe das dies wer liest. Haben uns die Apotheke leider nicht aussuchen können da das Rezept vom Arzt an diesen Sauladen gesendet wurde. Kann nur die Feschnig Apotheke empfehlen sehr freundlich sehr zuvorkommend und wenn mal ein Problem vorhanden ist wird einem geholfen. Wünsche mir das dies gelesen wird und dieses Verhalten auch Konsequenzen im Bezug auf die Einnahmen dieser Betreiber niederschlägt. Weit weg, sucht euch eine andere Apotheke . Danke. Und für den Chef,danke für nix sie können sich gerne bei mir melden. Unfortunately it doesn't even deserve one star! My father wanted several times to pick up medicine for my mother, who was bedridden with a serious illness. However, since no e-card was taken, he did not receive the much-needed medication. No help, no suggestions for a solution, just stubborn and incompetent behavior. Hope someone reads this. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose the pharmacy because the doctor sent the prescription to this pig shop. Can only recommend the Feschnig pharmacy, very friendly, very courteous and if there is a problem, they will help you. G	Giulia Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie unfreundlich können bitte MitarbeiterInnen, die mit Kunden zu tun haben, sein?? Ich bin/war wirklich schockiert. Die Empfehlung der Mitarbeiterin nicht vor Mitte April "wiederzukommen" werde ich auch nachgehen aber ich werde wirklich NIE WIEDER kommen. Es gibt so freundliche und hilfsbereite Apotheken... Ich kann mich der anderen Meinungen zu "dem Drachen" hier bei den Rezensionen nur anschließen. How rude can staff dealing with customers be? I am/was really shocked. I will also follow the employee's recommendation not to "come back" before mid-April, but I will really NEVER come back. There are so friendly and helpful pharmacies... I can only agree with the other opinions about "the dragon" here in the reviews.
