J	Julia Eibler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Bedienung, lange Wartezeiten obwohl nicht sehr viel los war. Bei Nachfrage wurde man nur angeschnauzt. Auch das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut. Da gibt es weit bessere in der Gegend. Unfriendly service, long waiting times even though it wasn't very busy. When asked, you were just snapped at. The food wasn't very good either. There are far better ones in the area.
O	Oliver Eibler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr langsames und unprofessionelles Personal. Man wartet im Schnitt 30-45 Minuten auf sein Essen. Alle anderen Gäste im Gastgarten ( inkl. Uns) waren stinksauer. Wenn man dem Service darauf anspricht, wird man unprofessionell abgetan. Als unsere Brettljause schließlich kam, mussten wir anhand des Nachbartisches feststellen das einiges bei uns fehlte (zb. Käse, Krenn). Das war das letzte Mal!! Very slow and unprofessional staff. You wait an average of 30-45 minutes for your meal. All other guests in the garden (including us) were pissed. If you respond to the service, you will be dismissed unprofessionally. When our Brettljause finally came, we had to determine from the neighboring table that we were missing something (e.g. cheese, Krenn). That was the last time!!
W	Wilfried Pronegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x dort, 2x lange Wartezeiten. Beim Winzersalat eine Zutat wegbestellt, dafür dann ein teureres saures Rindfleisch bekommen ohne Essig und viel Öl. Der echte Winzersalat war ganz o.k. Das Essen allgemein ist gut. Im Außenbereich darf leider überall geraucht werden also wer im Freien die Sonne und die frische Luft genießen will, wird stinkig enttäuscht. Wenn ich mein Essen genieße, will ich nicht den Rauch mitatmen , den ein Süchtiger gerade aus seinen Lungen gedrückt hat. Ekelhaft und ungesund. 2x there, 2x long waiting times. Ordered one ingredient away from the vintner's salad, but then got a more expensive sour beef without vinegar and a lot of oil. The real vintner's salad was okay. The food in general is good. Unfortunately, you can smoke anywhere outdoors, so if you want to enjoy the sun and the fresh air outdoors, you will be stinkingly disappointed. When I am enjoying my food, I don't want to breathe the smoke that an addict has just pushed out of his lungs. Disgusting and unhealthy.

Ich kann ihr Kommentar leider nicht nachvollziehen, da ich mit Sicherheit nicht unfreundlich bin im Gegenteil ich bin auf der lustigen und witzigen Seite. Und was das Essen betrifft, bitte sagen sie mir wann das genau war und was sie gegessen haben, den wenn es nicht ihren Geschmack getroffen hat und sie es zurück geschickt haben dann hätten sie von mir was anderes oder eine entschädigung erhalten, und verrechnet sowieso nicht. Wie sah der Kellner aus? Ich habe auch Aushilfen! Würde mich freuen wenn die dazu Stellung nehmen, da es ja um einen ruf geht. Mfg Werner My comment concerns only that of Mr. Martin! C	C. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen, wir hatten heute Brettljause, ist ausgezeichnet. Leider scheitert die volle Punktzahl jedoch daran, dass die Bedienung heute eine Katastrophe war! Die Dame war komplett überfordert, im Gastgarten befand sich eine größere Gruppe von ca. 10 Personen, in der Stube selbst waren ebenfalls insgesamt 10 Personen. Sie beschwerte sich ständig darüber, dass jetzt "so viele Leute" da sind, buchte ständig falsch die Bestellungen in den Computer und war somit mehr mit umbuchen als bedienen beschäftigt. Gast musste ihr beim Öffnen der Weinflasche helfen, wir wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten nachdem wir Platz genommen hatten gefragt ob wir etwas trinken möchten und wurden dabei auch nicht ihrerseits gefragt ob wir auch etwas essen möchten. Dann durften wir weitere 15 Minuten auf die 2 Brettljausen warten. Die Dame sollte schleunigst mehr an Erfahrung sammeln und nicht gleich hektisch werden bei ein paar Gästen, frage mich was sie dann Abends macht wenn mehr Gäste da sind. Unbedingt daran arbeiten...solche Dinge können einen beim besten Essen die Gäste vergraulen. The food, we had a snack today, is excellent. a	anneliese bukovec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung war sich nicht einig bei Bestellung. Nach einer halben Stunde kam die Info, dass es keine Käsespätzle mehr gäbe. Neue Bestellung Putenstreifen. Serviert wurden dann Käsespätzle in einem Ton der sehr zu wünschen ließ. Da ich mir erlaubte zu sagen dass jetzt ja Putenstreifen bestellt wurden. Personal bedarf dringend einer Schulung betreffend Umgang mit Gästen. Operation was not in agreement when ordering. After half an hour the information came that there was no more cheese spaetzle. New order turkey strips. Cheese spaetzle was then served in a tone that left a lot to be desired. Since I took the liberty to say that turkey strips were ordered now. Personnel urgently need training in dealing with guests.
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als Unfreundlich!! Das Essen war früher wirklich sehr gut, jedoch seit ein paar Monaten ist es immer schlechter geworden. Sind regelmäßig hingegangen und haben auch die Treue gehalten wie es nicht mehr so besonders war, da wir uns dachten es geht wieder bergauf! Falsch gedacht!!! Kellner war Unfreundlich die Küche hat geschimpft bis zum Gastraum zu hören das Essen war ohne Geschmack haben es stehen gelassen und reklamiert, ohne Kommentar abserviert und verrechnet obwohl es zuerst nicht einmal auf der Rechnung war. Ohne Worte Schade um das schöne Lokal! More than rude !! The food was really good in the past, but it has been getting worse for a couple of months. Reich Auswahl an Speisen und vorzüglichen Weinen, da kommen wir gerne wieder. Always back at the Florian, very good snack is served in a short time and with a friendly smile. Rich choice of food and excellent wines, we will gladly come back.
