Vorzüglich präsentiert - im Rahmen einer Führung - von der Familie Holler, die mit viel Verständnis, Umsicht und Liebe ein Paradies heranwachsen lassen, das seinesgleichen sucht. Tolle Kostproben aus der eigenen Produktion, ein heimischer Garten - von der Natur mitgestaltet - und eine sehr lehrreiche Führung des Hausherrn und seiner Schwester bleiben in unvergesslicher Erinnerung. Darüber hinaus imponieren das umfangreiche Fachwissen nicht nur im Teichwesen, sondern auch z.B. in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Kulinarik, etc. Wir haben die freundliche Aufnahme sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal für dieses nachhaltige Erlebnis. PS: Nicht zu vergessen: Das beeindruckende hauseigene Kochbuch "Frische Fische" von Christiane Kada und Dirk Stermann Wonderful world of carp and pond fish. A	Arne Malöwsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf Gut Hornegg verbracht. Leider war das viel zu kurz und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Mit unserem mitgebrachten SUP Board, waren wir jeden Tag auf dem Hofteich unterwegs und hatten jede Menge Spaß beim Plantschen. Wir haben in einem der ehemaligen Gewächshäusern mit Blick auf das Schloss gewohnt. Das “Apartment“ war klasse . Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist durch das schräge Glasdach lichtdurchflutet. Bei Sonne kann man mit einer elektrischen Markise im Nu dafür sorgen, dass es nicht zu warm wird. Der Schlafbereich war trotz 30+ Grad immer angenehm kühl. Es wurde an viele angenehme Kleinigkeiten gedacht (z.B. Mückengitter vor jedem Fenster). Der Gastgeber Heinrich Holler ist eine echte Seele und wuselt den ganzen Tag irgendwo am Schloss und am Teich herum, und wenn man mag erzählt er Spannendes zu Gut und Fischzucht. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. We spent a wonderful week at Gut Hornegg. Unfortunately it was way too short and we would have liked to have stayed longer. With the SUP board we had brought with us, we were out and about on the farm pond every day and had a lot of fun splashing around. We lived in one of the former greenhouses with a view of the castle. The "apartment" was great. The living and dining area is flooded with light through the sloping glass roof. When the sun is out, an electric awning can be used to ensure that it doesn't get too warm. The sleeping area was always pleasantly cool despite 30+ degrees. Many pleasant little things have been thought of (e.g. mosquito screens in front of each window). The host Heinrich Holler is a real soul and bustles around the castle and the pond all day, and if you like, he tells exciting things about the estate and fish farming. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Ich als Laie bin auf gute Beratung angewiesen und die bekomme ich immer (inkl. Rezepten)! Ich freu mich jedes Mal über die gute Qualität. Meistens kaufe ich auf Vorrat und friere den Rest ein - auch das schadet der Qualität nicht. Also, somit eine unbedingte Empfehlung für die Fische vom Gut Hornegg! Einige meiner Freunde wohnen nicht in der Nähe und bestellen online - funktionierte anscheinend bis jetzt auch immer sehr gut! Aber wer die Möglichkeit hat sollte selbst im Hofladen vorbeischauen! Every visit to the farm shop is a pleasure! Great staff and absolutely delicious fish! As a layman, I depend on good advice and I always get it (including recipes)! I'm always happy about the good quality. Mostly I buy in stock and freeze the rest - even that does not hurt the quality. So, so an unconditional recommendation for the fish from Gut Hornegg! Some of my friends do not live nearby and order online - apparently still working very well so far! But who has the opportunity should stop by even in the farm shop!

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Stayed two weeks in hot August in the pleasantly cool and beautiful apartment in the castle. A quiet place with lots of nature and its own large lake. We'll be back!

Architektur und Umgebung sind einfach außergewöhnlich, das Glashaus ist auch an nicht so schönen Tagen sehr hell und angenehm. Familie Holler sind perfekte Gastgeber, auch die Änderung von 8 Erwachsenen ohne Kinder auf 8Erwachsene und 8 Kinder hat sie keinen Moment aus der Fassung gebracht. Ein einzigartiger Ort den ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Were guests in the apartments in the former glass house for a long weekend in November. The architecture and surroundings are simply extraordinary, the glass house is very bright and pleasant even on not so nice days. The Holler family are perfect hosts, and the change from 8 adults without children to 8 adults and 8 children did not upset them for a moment. A unique place that I can only recommend.

Herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Präsentation dieser fantastischen jungen Talente. There was a wonderful concert by fantastic young musicians organized by one of their teachers and one of the landlords at the same time. It was a musical experience in a special ambience and the family of the estate is an asset to every guest who comes. Thank you very much for this wonderful presentation of these fantastic young talents.
