Und die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach der Verkostung mehrerer hochqualitativer Weine kam ich zu dem Entschluss, dass der Riesling 2019 Smaragd vom Weingut Knoll leider den Ansprüchen nicht folge leistet! Außerdem verstehe ich die Bewertung von 98 Punkten bei „Al a Carte“ überhaupt nicht.
Grundsätzlich ein sehr guter Wein, jedoch ist das Verhältnis von Preis/Leistung für mich fragwürdig.
After tasting several high quality wines, I came to the conclusion that the Riesling 2019 Smaragd from the Knoll winery unfortunately does not meet the requirements! In addition, I do not understand the rating of 98 points for "Al a Carte" at all.
Basically a very good wine, but the price / performance ratio is questionable for me.

Just have a talk with Emmerich Knoll to be fascinated by his knowledge of his wines and terroirs and have a chance to share a moment with his family to feel their love and happiness. Apart from that, Quality-price of wines is amazing and they produce some of the best Riesling and GV in the region.
