Wirklich sehr schöne Appartments. Die Wirtsleute sind wirklich sehr bemüht . Hier wird BIO nicht nur als Aufmacher wie anderswo verwendet, dafür bezahlt man auch gerne ein bisschen mehr als wo anders. Man kann als Gast auch ein Abendessen dazubuchen. Dies empfehle ich wärstens. Das Abendessen ist aus lokalen Bio-Spezialitäten und schmeckt wirklich hervorragend.

Das Weingut ist wunderschön - ein traumhafter, gepflegter Garten mit hübschen Terrassen, blitzsauberer, beheizter Schwimmpool, ein jeweils sehr sauberes Sauna- und Yogahaus, gemütliche, ebenfalls saubere Zimmer, ein tolles Bio-Frühstück und die Gegend ist sowieso ein Traum. Leider war die Kommunikation vorab bzw. vor Ort nicht besonders gut. Wir wussten viele Dinge leider nicht bzw. haben sie erst im Nachhinein erfahren (z.B. dass es freitags die Option auf ein Abendessen gibt, für das man sich anmelden muss, wie die Saunazeiten sind oder dass es einen Kühlschrank für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel gibt), was etwas ärgerlich für uns war. Als Feedback haben wir deshalb angeregt, entweder vorher die wichtigsten Dinge schriftlich oder zumindest beim Einchecken mündlich zu kommunizieren.

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus in Ordnung nur sollte man bei der Buchung genau nachfragen. Wir wollten 2 Zimmer für 2 Nächte - uns wurde das Appartement angeboten laut Internet € 140,-- / Nacht für Belegung bis 6 Personen, Wir waren zu viert haben das Frühstück als Option dazu genommen. Verrechnet wurden uns 2x 140,-- OK aber zusätzlich 60,-- Grundreinigung und das Frühstück, es war in Ordnung und ausreichend, 12,--/Person und Tag. Damit kann ich leben aber die Grundreinigung zu verrechnen obwohl das Appartement als Zimmererstz vermietet wird hinterlässt einen üblen Nachgeschmack. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

A special, precious one of a kind winery and deluxe hotel. We spent a short vacation in the house of Alice and Rolland and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The mission is found in every detail: organic and ecologically-dynamic craftsmanship on a high level enhancing the experience of nature (and comfort ;). Starting with an easy booking process online and a reliable confirmation, the professional house keeping team was able to prepare our room earlier. The rooms: the rooms are equipped with wood, wood, wood, organic cotton, high-quality fabric,organic cosmetics and have stunning view on the near by forrest. It's absolutely quite there, expect for birds chirping occasionally. We also read that the paint used on the walls os organic, and the house has been "interference-suppressed" for even more natural comfort. The beds are super comfy, just to mention it. The breakfast served is - again - all (!) high-quality organic (cheese, ham, honey, chocolate cream, tea, cappuccino, fruit juices), homemade bread, cakes, rolls and Mrs. Tauss takes care of every guest with freshly made egg dishes. 3 times a week there is also the option to have a 4-course-menue (freshly cooked, inspired by the season and the home grown vegetables) made by Tauss themselves: we took the chance and were rewarded with delicious meals. Now the wines: we liked the wines so much we planned this trip to see where they are made: mother nature (assisted by Mr. Tauss) creates brave, spontanously fermented wines: touching, inspiring, expressive, lively. They express the soil and the complex Terroir. To add even more details for a outstanding stay there is large pool (nice for kids), a sauna, a yoga house (with regularly yoga sessions), a relaxation room, a large garden with a pond, vegetable garden, mediation areas and just beautiful nature! In case it is unclear: we had the greatest stay, enjoyed every moment and are grateful to had the chance to be guest there.
