Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme bestimmt wieder ? I was there by chance a year ago. Had the pitch all to myself with a dream view and very tasty food. Owner very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back ?

Nach dem Wandern wurden wir, mit leckeren, liebevoll angerichteten Speisen, Getränken und einem herrlichen Ausblick, beim dazugehörigen Heurigen/Buschenschank, verköstigt. Ein Ort der einlädt anzukommen, zu bleiben und wiederzukommen. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und die Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wirt nimmt sich für alle seine Gäste Zeit und erklärt bei Fragen auch gerne den bzw seinen Weinbau und die Geschichte des Weinguts. Dies hinterlässt bei manchen wohl den Eindruck ignoriert zu werden aber jeder bekommt dieselbe Aufmerksamkeit und man ist schließlich zum Genießen dort. Keine Massenabfertigung – kein „Fastfood“ was ich sehr begrüße. Auf den Weinbau wird hier offensichtlich noch viel Wert gelegt was man auch schmeckt. Auch das Essen ist sehr gut. Von Ober Guess hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick, den Sonnenaufgang übers Hügelland, tagsüber auf der Terrasse auf das Weingut und ins Tal oder am Abend den Blick auf die beleuchtete Kirche in Slovenien am Berg gegenüber. Bzgl Anfahrt verlässt sich so mancher blind auf das Navi, das schickt einem in eine Sackgasse also folgt unbedingt den Strassenschildern. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für Alles. We were allowed to spend the night “above the clouds” with our mobile home at the OberGuess winery. After the hike, we were fed with delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, drinks and a wonderful view at the associated wine tavern / wine tavern. A place that invites you to arrive, stay and come back. We received a very warm welcome and the family is very helpful. The landlord takes time for all his guests and is happy to explain the viticulture and the history of the winery if you have any questions. This leaves some with the impression of being ignored, but everyone gets the same attention and you are there to enjoy yourself. No mass processing - no "fast food" which I very much appreciate. Obviously, a lot of value is still attached to viticulture, which is what you can taste. The food is also very good. From Ober Guess you have a wonderful view, the sunrise over the hill country, during the day on the terrace of the winery and into the valley or in the evening the view of the illuminated church in Slovenia on the mountain opposite. When it comes to getting there, some people blindly rely on the navigation system, which sends you to a dead end, so follow the road signs. We will be back. Thank you for everything.

Gutes Essen, freundliche Gastgeber und schönes Ambiente! At the end (or at the beginning) of the Urkräuterweg - recommended hiking trail - a beautifully situated wine tavern with a view of the Church of St. Spirit. Good food, friendly hosts and a nice atmosphere!
f	frank luther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Weingut mit einem Parkplatz/Stellplatz für Wohnmobile in einer Toplage, fast noch höher gelegen als das Weingut selbst. Fantastische Wandermöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen. Und den Abend kann man bei tollen Speisen und gutem Wein ausklingen lassen. Rund um das Weingut sind kleine Holzterrassen angelegt, wo man auch schon früher den Tag bei einem guten Glas genießen kann. Höchste Empfehlung! A winery with a parking lot / parking space for mobile homes in a top location, almost higher up than the winery itself. Fantastic hiking opportunities in all directions. And you can end the evening with great food and good wine. Small wooden terraces are laid out around the winery, where you can enjoy the day with a good glass earlier. Highest recommendation!
u	ursula solloch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöner Stellplatz (Schotter oder Wiese) inmitten der Natur mit Blick auf die Weinberge und die auf dem Berg gelegene Kirche Sveti Duh. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Haben Seniorchef+Chefin kennengelernt, die sich sehr gastfreundlich gezeigt haben. Die hochwertigen Weine des Guts und die vielfältigen Buschenschank-Speisen waren für uns ein Genuss. Waren Mitte September 5 Nächte dort und werden sicher wieder kommen. Very nice pitch (gravel or meadow) in the middle of nature with a view of the vineyards and the Sveti Duh church on the mountain. Good starting point for hikes. Have got to know senior boss + boss who have shown themselves to be very hospitable. The high-quality wines of the estate and the diverse Buschenschank dishes were a pleasure for us. Stayed there for 5 nights in mid-September and will definitely come again.

Ein traumhafter Platz, beste Parkmöglichkeit, der Wein ist hervorragend bei diesen herzlichen Gastgebern. Und die Jause war ein reiner Genuss! We were thrilled by one of the most beautiful places in southern Styria. A wonderful place, best parking, the wine is excellent with these warm hosts. And the snack was pure pleasure!

The views are fabulous in a complete silence, without light polution ... only the stars and the moon to spot. Very friendly people, with a big passion for gastronomy and winemaking. They offer this campingspot for free, no facilities but welcome you at their buschenchank. We certenly enjoyed the wine and had a nice dinner at the winery.
