★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dirnbauer hat mir laut seiner Beschreibung, ein "neuwertiges, tadelloses MacBook Pro" mit erneuertem(!) Akku (mit nur 44 Ladezyklen) verkauft. Aber schon bei der ersten Benutzung hat sich der Akku entgegen dieser Beschreibung als defekt herausgestellt - der Laptop stürzt bei ca. 50% Restkapazität ohne Vorankündigung ab und bleibt bis zum Aufladen tot! Unter anderem war aber gerade der erneuerte Akku kaufausschlaggebend für mich. Da Herr Dirnbauer kein Laie, sondern IT-Fachmann ist, halte ich das für offensichtlichen Betrug. Herr Dirnbauer meint aber, dass sei mein Pech. Sein Kommentar dazu (Zitat):
"nun,
1. habe ich nichts falsch gemacht, in keinster Weise irgendetwas falsches behauptet. in catalina habe ich screenshot mit akkuzustand "gut" gemacht, 42 Ladezyklen.
2. war klarer Hinweis in Anzeige hinterlegt: "Privatverkauf: keine Gewährleistung oder Rückgabe."
und ich betrachte nun diesen Fall für erledigt. Danke."
Also ich kann vor Geschäften mit Herrn Dirnbauer nur abraten!!!
 According to his description, Mr. Dirnbauer sold me a "new, flawless MacBook Pro" with a renewed (!) Battery (with only 44 charging cycles). But the first time it was used, the battery turned out to be defective, contrary to this description - the laptop crashes at approx. 50% remaining capacity without notice and remains dead until it is charged! Among other things, the renewed battery was the decisive factor for me. Since Mr. Dirnbauer is not a layman, but an IT specialist, I consider this to be an obvious fraud. But Mr. Dirnbauer thinks that's my bad luck. His comment on this (quote):
"now,
1. I did not do anything wrong, in no way claim anything wrong. in catalina I took a screenshot with the battery status "good", 42 charging cycles.
2. There was a clear indication in the advertisement: "Private sale: no guarantee or return."
and I now consider this case closed. Thank you."
So I can only advise against doing business with Mr. Dirnbauer!
