Je nach Auftragslage dauert die Bearbeitung der Wäsche 7 - 10 Tage. Nach 10 Tagen bekam ich auch den Anruf dass der Korb nun abzuholen wäre. Die Freundlichkeit ist positiv zu bewerten. In meinem Korb befand sich normale Alltagskleidung wie T - Shirts, diverse Kinderkleidung (Leggings usw..), keine Hemden oder aufwändiges Gewand. Es folgte die Rechnung. Es wurden Sage und Schreibe 20,40.- verrechnet. Also laut Angabe im Internet 10,20.- Stundenlohn. Meine Damen, wenn man für einen Korb normale Alltagswäsche 2 Stunden zum Bügeln benötigt, haben Sie etwas falsch gemacht... In Zukunft bügle ich wieder selber. Ladies, if it takes 2 hours to iron a basket of normal everyday laundry, you have done something wrong ... In the future I will iron again myself.

Es wird ein Rückruf versprochen, der nicht erfolgt und auf Nachfrage bekommtman erklärt, dass plötzlich bis Weihnachten (!) keine Termine mehr frei sind. Beim Telefonat zwei Tage vorher waren die Termine aber nur bis September knapp. Danke, nein. Nie wieder. Unfortunately extremely unreliable. A callback is promised, which does not take place and on request you are told that suddenly there are no more appointments available until Christmas (!). During the phone call two days before, the appointments were only tight until September. No thanks. Never again.

I regularly bring clothes to be ironed. The Heinzelfrauen are trying very hard to get things done as soon as possible. Very friendly and accommodating.
