Zudem hat sich der Ausbrand am Rost merklich verbessert und es entsteht keine Schlacke mehr. The system has now been in operation for 2 weeks with the new flue gas recirculation. Hat uns sehr geholfen die grundlegende Verbrennung von Festbrennstoffen zu verstehen, anzuwenden und OnTop wurde unsere Anlage in gemeinsamen Onlinesitzungen auf ein anderes Level bezüglich Erzeugung sowie des Verschleiß von Materialien optimiert. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Unternehmen. Very well developed and coordinated training content. Mr. Wilhelmer is always approachable and tries to find a quick solution to problems. Helped us a lot to understand and apply the basic combustion of solid fuels and on top our plant was optimized to another level in terms of generation and wear of materials in joint online sessions. M	Mario Rauter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor 1,5 Jahren unsere 1,5 MW Anlage nachträglich mit einer sekundären Rauchgasrezirkulation ausgestattet. Durch die Auslegung der Firma WD-Consulting-Heizungstechnik und Ausführung durch den Anlagenbauer konnte der Restsauerstoffgehalt im Abgas bei Volllast von ca. 12% auf 4% gesenkt werden. Wir konnten dadurch unserer Energieausbeute um ca. 200 kW steigern. 1.5 years ago we retrofitted our 1.5 MW system with a secondary flue gas recirculation. The residual oxygen content in the exhaust gas at full load could be reduced from approx. 12% to 4% thanks to the design by the company WD-Consulting-Heizungtechnik and the execution by the plant manufacturer. This enabled us to increase our energy yield by around 200 kW.

Man merkt sofort das hier ein Profi am Werk ist! Wir haben deutliche Verbesserung in unserem Heizwerk festgestellt nachdem hier drüber geschaut worden ist. Ich kann eine Schulung dieses Unternehmens sehr empfehlen genauso wie die restlichen Leistungen wie zB. einer Optimierung der Heizung, Heizkessel, Abgas, Asche, Flammenbild. So kann man das Maximum an Leistung rausholen und dennoch die Kosten senken! Nur zu empfehlen! I was allowed to take part in the training and then put the theory into practice together. Not too much was promised. You can tell right away that a professional is at work! We have noticed significant improvement in our heating plant after looking over here. I can highly recommend training from this company, as well as the other services such as an optimization of the heating, boiler, exhaust gas, ash, flame pattern. So you can get the maximum performance and still reduce the costs! Only to be recommended!
