★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist es inzwischen das 2. mal dass ein Test auf dem Weg ins Labor einfach verloren geht.
Wenn man diese Tests nicht brauchen würde um andere Menschen zu schützen, wäre ja alles nicht so schlimm, aber so muss man eine Infektion einfach in Kauf nehmen. „ es geht ja nicht um Menschenleben!“,
deshalb halb so schlimm.
Aber was wirklich bedenklich ist: bei Nachfrage an der Hotline heißt es nur: …. Es meldet sich Fachpersonal….
Gespannt, wann,…. Bis jetzt (Stunden später) keine Reaktion.
Einfach nur traurig, ….
 Unfortunately, this is the second time that a test has simply been lost on the way to the laboratory.
If you didn't need these tests to protect other people, it wouldn't be so bad, but you just have to accept an infection like this. "It's not about human lives!",
therefore half as bad.
But what is really questionable: if you ask the hotline, it only says: .... Experts report...
Excited, when,.... So far (hours later) no response.
Just sad, ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test ordnungsgemäß abgegeben. Nach 1,5 Tagen auf Nachfrage erfahren, dass dieser verschwunden ist. Toll wenn man nur in die Schule darf wenn man ein negativ Ergebnis hat. Blöd nur wenn der Test nicht ausgewertet wird weil verschwunden.
Test submitted properly. After 1.5 days, when asked, found out that it had disappeared. Great if you can only go to school if you have a negative result. Stupid only if the test is not evaluated because it has disappeared.

Es ist toll in Zeiten wie diesen auf neues zu entdecken, wo die
Mitarbeiterinnen / Mitarbeiter rund um die Uhr im Labor arbeiten, haben viel um die Ohren und trotzdem bleiben sie menschlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann gar nicht die andere ein Stern Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Danke nochmals an das liebe Novatium Team Innsbruck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe den Test genau vor einer Woche abgegeben (MPREIS) und bis heute, sieben Tage später, noch immer kein Ergebnis. Am Telefon (nach knapp drei Stunden Wartschleife) konnte mir auch keiner helfen. Ich sollte doch einfach einen neuen Test machen....
I submitted the test exactly a week ago (MPREIS) and up to now, seven days later, still no result. On the phone (after almost three hours on hold) no one could help me either. I should just do another test...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very dissapointed, as i have been told, the results of the test should come in 24 max 28 hours, so i make a plans etc, and made a test 2 days before my plans, and unfortunatelly, it is allready 3 days without a results. 100% i don’t recommend this thing, it’s chaotic, and it’s soooo messy. Please stop it, when you have 0% control of it, only you are ruining people’s plans, when they are thinking they will receive a results of the tests, but nothing will come. What a shame.
