Herr Craus hat mit seinem Fachwissen nicht nur sehr gute Ideen und Verbesserung bei unseren Wünschen eingebracht, sondern auch von der ersten Minute bis zur letzten Arbeit alles übernommen und abgewickelt (Terminkoordination, Kontakt und Abwicklung mit der Baufirma und Lieferanten, mehrmalige Prüfung von Vorbereitungs- und Durchführungsarbeiten). Auch das Montageteam arbeitet auf höchsten Niveau mit einem absoluten Kundenfokus. Da ich durch meinen Beruf wenig Zeit habe, hat sich der Montageleiter Herr Christian angeboten am Sonntag (ohne Aufpreis) zu kommen um mit uns in ruhe (2 Stunden)alle Fortschritte zu prüfen und uns den weiteren Ablauf der Montage zu erklären. Ich kann diesen Anbieter wirklich nur weiterempfehlen, da hier der Kunde wirklich wie ein König behandelt wird. Top Service, faire Preise und absolut Termingerecht. Since I have little time due to my job, the assembly manager Mr. Christian offered to come on Sunday (at no extra charge) to check with us in peace (2 hours) all progress and to explain the rest of the assembly process to us. Eine wirkliche Freude war dann die Abwicklung der Lieferung und Montage: termintreu, fachlich sehr professionell waren die Arbeiten in 2 Tagen erledigt. Auf unsere kleineren Sonderwünsche wurde sofort eingegangen, Herr Craus hat die Arbeiten überwacht und war 2 mal vor Ort. Jederzeit wieder gerne mit Wato Wr.Neustadt.
