A	Arabella Hoeller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute erstmals sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht. Wegen einer aufleuchtenden Kontrolleuchte mit Hinweis auf "Service" waren wir besorgt kurz nach 17 Uhr dort. Statt uns mitzuteilen, dass kein Fachmann vor Ort ist, hörten wir von einer unfreundlichen Dame "Was weiss ich, was soll ich jetzt machen"- das geht gar nicht !! Die Dame am Schalter muss dringend in Kommunikation mit Kunden geschult werden. Schade, sonst sind die Herren sehr nett, kompetent und hilfreich. Had a very negative experience for the first time today. We were because of a flashing control light with reference to "Service" worried there shortly after 5 p.m. Instead of telling us that there was no specialist on site, we heard from an unfriendly lady "What do I know, what should I do now" - that doesn't work at all! The lady at the counter urgently needs to be trained in communication with customers. It's a shame, otherwise the men are very nice, competent and helpful.

Sie haben mir sofort ohne zu zögern die Batterie getauscht! Ich war insgesamt 3mal im Juni dort und wurde mir jedesmal sofort geholfen! Ich kann diese Filiale äußerst empfehlen! The staff are very friendly and competent. I urgently needed a battery and didn't get there until exactly 7 p.m. (curfew). They exchanged the battery for me immediately without hesitation! I was there a total of 3 times in June and every time I was helped immediately! I can highly recommend this branch!
E	Eva Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte gestern eine Panne in Wiener Neustadt mein Auto ist nicht angesprungen, bekam Starthilfe und ein paar Meter weiter ist es mir ein zweites Mal passiert an einer großen Kreuzung und ich war sehr nervös, da ich das erste mal Pannenhilfe brauchte und abgeschleppt wurde. Mitarbeiter A. Pichler war sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat mir alles genau mit sehr viel Ruhe erklärt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Hilfe. Super Team dort und sehr zu empfehlen. If my car broke down yesterday in Wiener Neustadt, my car didn't start, was given jump start and a few meters further on it happened to me a second time at a large intersection and I was very nervous because I needed breakdown assistance for the first time and was towed away. Neustadt beim arbö freundlich ...alfred pichler nach kurzer zeit schaden erkannt u sofort mit mir ausgemacht wie ich jetzt weiter tun soll....war mit meinen nerven wg der teuren sache schon sehr fertig aber er hat sogar noch hinbekommen das ich wieder in den normalzustand komme....kompetent und freundlich ...auch die anderen kollegen... wären sicher mehr sterne wert....zahlt sich aus mitglied beim arbö zu sein danke dafür wollte mich schon mal ausklinken weil ich lange nix hatte gut das ich es nicht gemacht habe weiter so ??? Sehr freundliche und geduldige Empfangsdame und rasche Problemlösung durch Mechaniker. ARBÖ Wr. Neustadt sehr zu empfehlen! Yesterday 11/29 I was at the Wiener Neustadt location due to a drop in engine performance. Very friendly and patient receptionist and quick problem solving by mechanics. ARBÖ Wr. Neustadt very recommendable!
