A	Andreas Haider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte keinen persönlichen Kontakt, leider "nur" per Mail! Aber ich muß sagen, daß ich extrem freundlich behandelt wurde. Man kommt sich da nicht als Bittsteller sondern als Mensch mit Gefühlen vor - eine Unterhaltung auf einer Ebene! Wenn mein Weg mal wieder nach Wien führt, werd ich den Store auf jeden Fall besuchen! Had no personal contact, by, unfortunately "only" mail! But I must say that I was extremely friendly treated. One can not be there as a supplicant but as a human being with feelings before - a conversation on a plane! If my way once again leads to Vienna, I will definitely visit the store on!
F	Fatos Akin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Produkt! Schmeckt super lecker und hat dazu auch noch wenige Kalorien. Die Verpackungen sind sehr bunt und sehr hübsch. Empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter! Great product! Tastes super delicious and also has few calories. The packaging is very colorful and very pretty. I definitely recommend it!

Und ja, ich hab auch schon diverse Accessoires, wie zB das niedliche rosa Tee Känchen Zuhause ? Dennoch hab ich es erst heute zum ersten Mal in den Store auf der Mariahilfer Straße gefunden ? Eine sehr helle und freundliche Atmosphäre erwartet eine hier, die über die Fläche verteilten Pflanzen lockern auf und der Flächenbrunnen macht wirklich was her. (Desinfektionsmittel ist das selbstverständlich am Eingang vorhanden?) Die Verkäufer*innen sind durchwegs freundlich und sehr bemüht. Beratung, so gewünscht und gebraucht, gibt es auch. Macht gute Laune hier einzukaufen. Danke an die anwesende Crew ? ... I like Waterdrop? For a long time and of course I've tried all the varieties and found my favorites And yes, I already have various accessories, such as the cute pink tea pot at home ? Nevertheless, I only found it in the store on Mariahilfer Strasse today for the first time ? A very bright and friendly atmosphere awaits you here, the plants scattered over the area loosen up and the area fountain really looks good. (Disinfectant is of course available at the entrance?) The salespeople are consistently friendly and try very hard. Advice, if requested and needed, is also available. Makes a good mood to go shopping here. Thanks to the crew present ?

Sehr nette Atmosphäre ... so macht Einkaufen Freude! Nice shop with really friendly staff ... trying different types of waterdrop (hot and cold) is also possible. Very nice atmosphere ... shopping is fun!

C	Castative on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die positiven (fake?) Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Die Brausetabletten schmecken bestenfalls wie Medizin (ca. wie eine Mischung aus Aspirin und Kandisin). Sie hinterlassen beim Auflösen einen ungustiösen Schaum im Glas (siehe Bild). Außerdem ist jede Tablette (ganz im Gegenzug zu herkömmlichen Brausetabletten aus der Apotheke) einzeln in Plastiktabs verpackt, der Mehrwert dabei erschließt sich einem nicht. Auf der eigenen Website vergleicht die Firma ihr Produkt fälschlicherweise mit PET-Flaschen um sich, relativ gesehen, als "umweltfreundlich" zu präsentieren. Der Vergleich ist aber fragwürdig, da herkömmliche Brausetabletten das eigentliche Konkurrenzprodukt sind und im Vergleich zu diesen produziert Waterdrop mehr Müll. Auch der Vorwand unter dem das Produkt verkauft wird (wir trinken zu wenig Wasser) hält keiner wissenschaftlichen Überprüfung stand und ist als Marketinggeschwurbel abzutun. Waterdrop ist das was rauskommt, wenn sich ein paar kecke Gründer überlegen wie sie trotz eines Mangels an guten Ideen Reibach machen können. Das Ergebnis: generische, kitschige Geschäfte in pastellfarbener feelgood Ästhetik, ein paar plausibel anmutende "alternative facts" über Gesundheit, lieblose Verwertung eines hollywood influencer memes (STAY HYDRATED) und eine Brausetablette die trotz all dieses Marketingtheaters immer noch nicht mehr kann als jene die mir meine Oma schon als Kind in der Apotheke gekauft hat. Can't understand the positive (fake?) reviews here at all. At best, the effervescent tablets taste like medicine (roughly like a mixture of aspirin and candy cane). When they dissolve, they leave an unpleasant foam in the glass (see picture). In addition, each tablet (in contrast to conventional effervescent tablets from the pharmacy) is individually packed in plastic tabs, the added value is not revealed to you. On its own website, the company mistakenly compares its product to PET bottles to present itself as "environmentally friendly" in relative terms. However, the comparison is questionable, since conventional effervescent tablets are the actual competing product and compared to them, Waterdrop produces more waste. Even the pretext under which the product is sold (we drink too little water) does not stand up to any scientific examination and should be dismissed as marketing hype. Waterdrop is what happens when a few bold founders figure out how to make money despite a lack of good ideas. The result: generic, kitschy shops in pastel-colored feelgood aesthetics, a few plausible-looking "alternative facts" about health, loveless exploitation of a Hollywood influencer meme (STAY HYDRATED) and an effervescent tablet that, despite all this marketing theatre, still can't do any more than the ones I got my grandmother bought it from the pharmacy when she was a child.
F	Felix Maximilian Hoffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing bad comes to mind when thinking about the store experience. The employees were very approachable and knoledgeable about the product. There was a short wait time, presumeably because of covid. But to compensate wait times, we have been offered a free sample, which was neither needed nor excpected, but very much appreciated! All in all the customer experience was very nice, also consindering the intriguing ambiente they created in the store.
