★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times the waiters had kept my money, assuming I wanted to give them tips (1.2€ the other day). I am sorry, but from my point of view, this should be a decision of the customer depending of the service is good or not, so I complained. I was shocked when the waiter answer me with a very rude comment, telling me "yeah, this is Austria, not Italy..." with a cocky smile in his face (by the way, I am not Italian). The bar is ok...pretending a fancy atmosphere in a middle of a town where the night is dead.
