Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit wie im Ostblock. Passen Sie auf, dass Sie ihre Kaution zurückbekommen! Actually zero stars. Steer clear of this property manager! Have your rent checked by the arbitration board, mine was 30% too high! Service and customer friendliness like in the Eastern Bloc. Make sure you get your deposit back!
A	Ano Nymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss man hier zumindest einen Punkt vergeben, denn nicht einmal den hätte diese Hausverwaltung verdient. Das einzige was sie kann ist überhöhte Mieten und Betriebskosten zu kassieren. Wenn man etwas braucht wird man mit Rückrufen vertröstet, die nicht erfolgen. Wenn man Dinge, die im Haus gerichtet werden müssten (z.B. nicht schließende Eingangstüren), meldet, passiert wenn überhaupt nur nach wiederholter Meldung etwas. Das Stiegenhaus wird durch eine Putzfirma gereinigt, aber nachdem die (angeblich) da war, schaut's genauso aus wie vorher. Fakt ist, mit dieser Hausverwaltung hat man nur Ärger. Unfortunately, you have to give at least one point, because not even this would have earned this property management. The only thing she can do is to collect excess rents and operating costs. If you need something you will be comforted with recalls that do not happen. When one notifies things that would need to be addressed in the home (e.g., non-closing entrance doors), something happens, if anything, only after repeated notification. The staircase is cleaned by a cleaning company, but after that (supposedly) was there, it looks the same as before. The fact is, with this property management you only have trouble.
Z	Zofia Bochnak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wariwoda & Richter hat vor 2 Jahren das Haus wo ich Wohne übernommen. Früher habe ich nie über sie gehört. Natürlich habe ich gleich im Internet nachgeschaut und war erschrocken! So viele negative Bewertungen! Ich muss aber erlich sagen ich habe seit diesen 2 Jahren eigentlich keine negative Erfahrungen gesammelt. Wir sehen wie es weiter geht, hoffentlich bleibt so wie es ist. Wariwoda & Richter took over the house where I lived 2 years ago. I never heard about her before. Of course, I immediately looked the Internet and was scared! So many negative reviews! But I have to say that I have not had any negative experiences for these two years. We'll see how it goes on, hopefully it will stay the way it is.

Unsere Wohnung wurde uns in so einem schlechten Zustand übergeben, nichts hat funktioniert, nichtmal die Lichter. Wir haben dann einiges auf eigene Kosten repariert, und trotzdem gibt es immer noch Sachen die nicht in Ordnung sind, welche eindeutig Sache der Hausverwaltung sind! Wegen diesen müssen wir ihnen seit Monaten nachlaufen, bei jedem Telefonat werden wir abgewimmelt, wenn man es etwas später nochmal versucht, ist niemand mehr erreichbar. Extreme Abzocke und wenn ich könnte, würde ich sofort ausziehen. It is well known that one cares little about the well-being of the tenants, but this property management surpasses it again. Our apartment was handed over to us in such poor condition, nothing worked, not even the lights. We then repaired some things at our own expense, and yet there are still things that are out of order, which are clearly the responsibility of the property manager! Because of this, we have had to run after them for months, we are brushed off with every phone call, if you try again later, no one is available. Extreme rip off and if I could I would move out immediately.
V	Vedrana Halilovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNBEDINGT die Miethöhe von externen (Miethammer etc) überprüfen lassen - die Wohnungen sind überteuert, zudem habe ich am Ende nur einem Bruchteil meiner Kaution zurückbekommen. Es waren minimale Schäden vorhanden (nach 10 Jahren Miete) und dafür wurden rund 1000€ abgerechnet!!! Unfassbar!! It is IMPERATIVE to have the rent checked by external parties (rental hammer, etc.) - the apartments are overpriced, and in the end I only got a fraction of my deposit back. There was minimal damage (after 10 years of rent) and around 1000 € were billed for it! Incomprehensible!!

In meinem Salon wurde Gasaustritt festgestellt und die Hausverwaltung möchte keinen Installateur abrufen und vorbei schicken. Wenn die Bude um die Luft fliegt ist das nicht meine Schuld, es wurde einfach unhöflich aufgelegt und mir wird keine Hilfe angeboten! I ask for help, I just called the property manager and it was very unfriendly! Gas leakage was detected in my salon and the property management does not want to call an installer and send it over. If the booth blows up it's not my fault, it was just rude and no help is offered to me!

Schlechte Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit (Anliegen müssen of mehrmals geemailt werden bis 1x Reaktion erfolgt). Leere Versprechen und unprofessionelle und langsame Vorgehensweise und das ganze auch noch zum teuersten Tarif im Vergleich mit professionellen Mitbewerbern. 1x und NIE wieder! 7Jahre und genug! Die wenigen positiven Reviews kennen vielleicht niemand besseren... The worst property management (ever!) You can experience. Bad communication / availability (concerns often have to be e-mailed several times until there is one response). Empty promises and unprofessional and slow procedures and all of this at the most expensive tariff compared to professional competitors. 1x and NEVER again! 7years and enough! The few positive reviews may not know anyone better ...
