Sie waren sehr entgegenkommend und wussten genau, welche Art von Immobilie ich suche. Wer schon einmal selbstständig nach einer Altbauwohnung in den inneren Bezirken im Internet und in Kleinanzeigen gesucht hat, weiß, wie zeitraubend und nervenaufreibend es sein kann.
Unser Gespräch war auf Augenhöhe und es wurde auf Anhieb verstanden, wonach ich auf der Suche bin. Auch mein Budget wurde berücksichtigt und es wurden mir passende Vorschläge angeboten, wo zwei derzeit in der sehr engen Auswahl stehen. Zweifellos der netteste Immobilienservice in ganz Wien und sehr zu empfehlen!
The experience I had with TJ's real estate services was simply outstanding. They were very accommodating and knew exactly what type of property I was looking for. Anyone who has ever searched independently for an old building in the inner districts on the Internet and in classifieds knows how time-consuming and nerve-wracking it can be.
Our conversation was at eye level and it was immediately understood what I was looking for. My budget was also taken into account and I was offered suitable suggestions, two of which are currently in the very short list. Without a doubt the nicest real estate service in all of Vienna and highly recommended!
