A very nice man, currently helps me to get an apartment in a state of emergency, I can only put it to everyone's heart to turn to the apartment search Mr. Pretterhofer!

Da war gar nichts erfolgreich, weder ein Kauf noch wirkliches Fachwissen über das Objekt und den Kunden. Als Mensch nett, aber nichts für eine geschäftliche Abwicklung. Schade! I cannot recommend it as a real estate agent in Austria. Very tough game with no willpower. Nothing was successful there, neither a purchase nor real specialist knowledge of the property and the customer. Nice as a person, but not for business purposes. Pity!

Allerdings in Fachwissen ( über das Objekt) und weitere Informationen "Energie Ausweis" seit 2012/2013 pflicht! Konnte ich keinen Energie Ausweis für das Objekt einsehen. Ebenfalls war FI Schalter ( Stromkasten) defekt. Das Objekt hätte ich erworben wenn Versammlungsportokolle einsehbar gewesen wäre und den Energie Ausweis. Ebenfalls hätte ich gewünscht das FI Schalter ( den Defekt) behoben würde ( da dieser Kosten von 50 € bis 1000 € betragen können). Die Versicherung im Brandtfall keine Versicherungschutz gewährleistet hätte. Schade Herr Pretterhofer! Sind sehr sympathisch aber zuverlässig sollte innerhalb von drei Tagen die Unterlagen bekommen und habe mehrmals Sie angeschrieben und es kommt die 3te Woche.......... Deshalb zwei Sterne sonst hätte ich nur ein Stern vergeben Mr. Pretterhofer is a very personable person. However, in specialist knowledge (about the object) and further information "Energy ID" since 2012/2013 mandatory! I couldn't see an energy pass for the property. The FI switch (electricity box) was also defective. I would have bought the property if the meeting protocols and the energy certificate had been visible. I would also have liked the FI switch (the defect) to be fixed (because this can cost between €50 and €1000). The insurance would not have guaranteed any insurance cover in the event of a fire. What a pity, Mr. Pretterhofer! Are very personable but reliable should get the documents within three days and have written to you several times and it is the 3rd week..... Therefore two stars otherwise I would have given only one star
