K	Kathrin Darling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Durchreise Das Wirtshaus scheint in den 70er Jahren stehen geblieben zu sein. Überall Holzvertäfelung bis zur Decke und diese auch. Wir haben eine Ganslsuppe bestellt. Diese sah aus und schmeckte wie eine gelbliche Raumsuppe, in der ein paar längliche Karottenstücke schwammen. 2 Fasern Fleisch. Keine Knödelchen, keine Stückchen Leber und Gänsefleisch. Dann das Gansl. Man sah gleich, dass die Keule und das Stückchen Brust nicht knusprig waren. War eher geschmort und warm gehalten. Das obrige Fleisch leicht angedörrt. Geschmacklich nicht so schlecht. Bratensaft wirde nachgereicht und das Semmelknödel war gross und flaumig. Leider ein sehr kleiner Kompottpfirsich mit wenig Preiselbeeren drauf. Rotkraut wollten wir nicht. Zur Verdauung 2 gute Marillenschnapserl, die in Cocnacgläsern serviert wurden. Der Wirt war bemüht und freundlich. Wir waren auf der Durchreise.... LP In transit The tavern seems to have stopped in the 70s. Everywhere wood paneling to the ceiling and this too. We ordered a goose soup. It looked and tasted like a yellowish room soup with a few elongated carrot pieces floating in it. 2 fibers meat. No dumplings, no pieces of liver and goose meat. Then the goose. It was obvious that the club and the piece of breast were not crispy. Was rather stewed and kept warm. The obedient flesh slightly battered. Not so bad taste. Gravy is handed in later and the bread dumpling was big and fluffy. Unfortunately a very small compote peach with little cranberries on it. We did not want red cabbage. For digestion 2 good apricot schnapps, which were served in Cocnac glasses. The landlord was helpful and friendly. We were in transit .... LP
K	Karin Raab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gemütliches Lokal. Die Wirtin bewirtet selbst urgemütliche Person. Wir gehen gerne hin und unterhalten uns gerne mit den Leuten. Viele Radfahrer machen dort halt . Mich begeistert dass es eine Fleischerei dazugibt . Da gibt es Fleisch dass noch von Naturschweinen gibt. Das bekommt man ja leider nicht überall. Cozy eatery. The landlady hosts a very cozy person herself. We like to go and talk to people. Many cyclists stop there. I am thrilled that there is a butcher shop. There is meat that still comes from natural pigs. Unfortunately, you don't get that everywhere.
