M	Miriam Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Wir hatten ausdrücklich um ein Doppelbett gebeten, bekamen aber leider nur ein Zimmer mit 2 zusammengestellten Einzelbetten. Kuscheln ausgeschlossen. Noch dazu hatten wir als Nichtraucher, ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Das Bett und das Zimmer waren weitgehend sauber, aber die Dusche und der Duschkopf waren Horror (siehe Foto). Unser Zimmer sah nicht im entferntesten so aus wie auf der HP. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und der Frühstücksraum nicht gerade einladend. Die Fenster waren total verbarrikadiert. Fazit: Eine Nacht haben wir überlebt, aber länger würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht bleiben wollen. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but the rooms were very old and small. We had asked for a double bed, but unfortunately only got a room with 2 single beds. Cuddling excluded. In addition, we had a non-smoking, a smoking room. The bed and the room were largely clean, but the shower and shower head were horror (see photo). Our room did not look remotely like on the HP. The breakfast was very minimalist and the breakfast room not inviting. The windows were totally barricaded. Conclusion: One night we survived, but I would not stay longer in this hotel.
O	Oliver Hartl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billig, aber leider auch schmutzig. Die Duschkabine war so verschimmelt. Man hat einfach gesehen, dass die Putzfrau sich noch nie die Mühe gemacht hat, sich einmal in die Dusche zu stellen und die Türen zu schließen und den Schmutz dahinter zu entfernen!!! Das war gesundheitsgefährdend!! Cheap, but unfortunately dirty. The shower stall was so moldy. It has just been seen that the cleaning lady has never bothered to go into the shower and close the doors and remove the dirt behind them !!! That was dangerous to health !!

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, Käse gab es nur eine Sorte und nur nach betteln wurde auf dem Buffet noch Käse nachgereicht, das Müsli war mit toten und lebenden Lebensmittelmottenlarven durchsetzt. Als man das Personal daraufhin ansprach, wurde man äußerst unfreundlich behandelt. Dieses Hotel besuche ich nie wieder. In the room the doors and beds squeaked. The breakfast was a disaster, there was only one cheese and only after begging was on the buffet still cheese later handed, the cereal was interspersed with dead and living food moth larvae. When you spoke to the staff, you were treated extremely rude. I will never visit this hotel again.
K	Klaus Neulentner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da das Hotel an einer starkbefahrenen Strasse liegt war es sehr laut um Zimmer .Zimmer ok aber nicht sehr gross. Automatischer Chech in leider kein Personal das einem den Frühstücksraum zeigt. Leider war um 7.45 auch kein Personal da die den Frühstücksraum aufsperrte. Geld fürs Frühstück wurde mir retour versprochen und auch sofort aufs Konto überwiesen As the hotel is on a busy street it was very noisy around the room. Rooms ok but not very big. Automatic check in unfortunately no staff that shows you the breakfast room. Unfortunately there was no staff at 7.45 am because they unlocked the breakfast room. I was promised money for breakfast back and transferred to my account immediately

Reklamationen werden einfach ignoriert und auf Anfragen nicht geantwortet. Nie mehr wieder!!!! Shower defective, beds squeak, such a noise at night that sleeping was impossible. Complaints are simply ignored and inquiries are not answered. Never again!!!!

Wenn jetzt auch die Bedienung noch freundlich wäre dann würde einem genüsslichen Essen nichts mehr im Wege stehen ! Es ist befremdlich wenn nebenstehende Stammgäste höflich gefragt werden und ich als Fremder nicht mal ein " Grüß Gott " oder Dankeschön fürs Trinkgeld bekomme !?!?! Schade, weil das Gasthaus einen guten Eindruck auf mich macht ! Also leider nur wegen der Bedienung meine schlechte Bewertungen ! ? The restaurant is beautiful and the new outdoor dining area is an asset! If the service were friendly, nothing would stand in the way of an enjoyable meal! It is strange when the regular guests standing next to you are asked politely and as a stranger I don't even get a "Grüß Gott" or thank you for the tip!?!?! It's a shame because the inn makes a good impression on me! So unfortunately only because of the service my bad reviews! ?
