J	Judas Ben Hur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wo soll man hier nur anfangen... extrem unfreundliche Sprechstundenhilfen trotz Termin musste ich eine dreiviertel Stunde warten (außer mir war jedoch nur eine einzige ältere Dame im Warteraum...) nachdem ich ohnehin schon drei Mal (am Telefon, bei "Anmeldung" bei der Sprechstundenhilfe und nach fünf Minuten ein zweites mal bei der selben Dame) erklären musste, dass ich zum Ohrenausspritzen komme, hatte Frau Longin nicht mal irgendwie Ahnung warum ich da bin, also ihr auch noch ein viertes Mal erklärt. Wozu man dies also bei der Terminvereinbarung angeben muss bleibt mir rätselhaft.. Freundliches Begrüßen und/oder ein (wie sonst eigentlich üblich) Händeschütteln gab es natürlich auch bei ihr nicht. Anschließend durfte ich mit ihr ca 15 Minuten "verhandeln" ob ich überhaupt behandelt werde, weil sie keine Zeit hat und eine Sprechstundenhilfe (!!!!) krank ist. Und ja, das war wirklich ein Erklärungsversuch! Schleierhaft ist noch immer wozu man hierfür eine Sprechstundenhilfe braucht. Zunächst bin ich noch ruhig geblieben und habe ihr gesagt: "in der Zeit in der Sie mir nun auführlichst erklärt haben warum Sie keine Zeit haben, hätten Sie das ganze Prozedere bereits drei Mal machen können..." Darauf hin wusste sie keine Antwort mehr und hat mich - wie sie es ausdrücklich (!) bezeichnet hat - "ausnahmsweise" drangenommen. Fazit: war das letze mal dort und würde - so man eine/n kompetente/n Ärztin/Arzt sucht - definitiv keine Empfehlung aussprechen, sondern sogar davon abraten hinzugehen! Where should one just start here ... extremely unfriendly receptionists despite the appointment I had to wait for three quarters of an hour (except for me, however, was only one older lady in the waiting room ...) after I had to explain three times already (on the phone, with "registration" at the receptionist and after five minutes a second time with the same lady), that I come to the ears spraying, Mrs. Longin did not even have any idea why I am there, So you also explained a fourth time. Why you have to specify this when making an appointment remains puzzling to me .. Friendly greetings and / or a (as usual) shaking hands of course there was not with her. Afterwards I was allowed to "negotiate" with her for about 15 minutes, if I would be treated at all, because she has no time and a receptionist (!!!!) is ill. And yes, that was really an explanation! It is still veiled why you need a receptionist. First of all, I stayed calm and told her: "in the time you have explained to me in the first place why you do not have time, you could have already done the whole procedure three times ..." Then she did not know any answer and - as she expressly (!) has called it - "exceptionally". Conclusion: was the last time there and would - if you are looking for a / n competent doctor / doctor - definitely not recommend, but even advise against go!

A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich und meine Tochter wurden heute sehr freundlich empfangen und behandelt. Wir haben kurzfristig ein Termin bekommen, weil der Arzt meiner Tochter Urlaub hatte. Ich kann diese Ordination nur weiterempfehlen! I can not understand the negative reviews at all. Me and my daughter were received and treated very friendly today. We got an appointment at short notice, because the doctor had my daughter's vacation. I can only recommend this ordination!
