I	Imke Kähler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe eine W6 9500 N QPL gekauft. Ich hatte zuvor eine andere "Patchworkmaschine" eines anderen namhaften Herstellers. Mit der vorigen hatte ich aber ständig technische Probleme und habe mich stets und ständig über den zu kleinen Durchlass und den harten Kampf mit der "Quiltschlange" geärgert. Also stand fest: Es soll eine neue Maschine her. Googeln, Erfahrungsberichte lesen und dann feststellen das es die W6 9500 N QPL werden soll. Entschieden und bestellt. Der Versand ging sehr schnell. Leider war der Versanddienstleister etwas ungut mit dem Packerl, wodurch die Nadel weit oben abgebrochen war und verkeilt im Spulenträger hier ankam. Dies hat leider den Spulenträger beschädigt, dass ich das neue Maschinchen nicht gleich ausprobieren konnte. Den Support kontaktiert und am Montag gleich eine Antwort von der Firma Gugler (Support für Österreich) erhalten. Zwei kurze Telefonate später sicherte man mir zu mir einen neuen Spulenträger zu senden und falls dieser das Problem nicht beheben sollte natürlich zur Verfügung zu stehen. Mittwochs habe ich schon den Spulenträger erhalten und nun schnurrt das Kätzchen wie eine eins. Aus der anfänglichen Enttäuschung über den Transportschaden ist absolute Begeisterung für den schnellen und freundlichen Support geworden. Ich befinde mich nun in meinem 7. Nähhimmel :-) I bought a W6 9500N QPL. I previously had another "patchwork machine" from another well-known manufacturer. With the previous one, however, I constantly had technical problems and was always and constantly annoyed about the too small opening and the hard fight with the "quilting snake". So it was clear: a new machine was needed. Googling, reading reviews and then finding out that it should be the W6 9500 N QPL. Decided and ordered. Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately, the shipping service provider was a bit uncomfortable with the package, which caused the needle to break off high up and arrived here wedged in the bobbin carrier. Unfortunately, this damaged the coil carrier, so I couldn't try out the new machine right away. Contacted the support and got an answer from the company Gugler (support for Austria) on Monday. Two short phone calls later, they assured me that they would send me a new coil carrier and, of course, that they would be available if this did not solve the problem. I received the coil carrier on Wednesday and now the kitten is purring like a charm. The initial disappointment about the transport damage has turned into absolute enthusiasm for the fast and friendly support. I am now in my 7th sewing heaven :-)
