A	Alisa Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor paar Monaten eine Nähmaschine gekauft. Wurde sehr gut eingeschult. Aber wie es so ist, hat man immer wieder Fragen und so besuchte ich Fr. Strassmann erneut. Ich wurde sehr freundschafltich bedient und es wurde mir ein zweites Mal alles an der Maschine erklärt!!! Kann dieses Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen!!! Bought a sewing machine a few months ago. Was schooled very well. But as it is, you always have questions and so I visited Ms. Strassmann again. I was served very friendly and everything on the machine was explained to me a second time! Can only recommend this shop!

Wegen einer Beratung sollte man am Besten gar nicht nachfragen, da man sobald man kein Geld unmittelbar dalässt, schlecht behandelt wird und deutlich das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt, unerwünschte zu sein...sehr unprofessionell. Das zweite Mal als ich sogar etwas kaufen wollte, wurde das aber auch nicht sonderlich besser, sodass ich das Geschäft verließ und sicher nicht wieder betreten werde. The lady in the shop is incredibly unfriendly. It is best not to ask about advice, because as soon as you don't leave any money immediately, you will be treated badly and clearly get the feeling that you are undesirable ... very unprofessional. The second time I even wanted to buy something, it didn't get that much better either, so I left the shop and will certainly not enter again.

Wir wurden von den beiden sehr sympathischen Dame sehr umfangreich beraten. Sie haben sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns die Nähmaschine vorgeführt. Wir haben uns für die Brother F400 entschieden und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Auch viele Dank für das freundliche Angebote bei weiteren Fragen keine Scheu davor zu haben uns jederzeit wieder zu melden. Ein tolles Service, dass heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Sie war alleine im Geschäft und sie hätte einiges zu tun,Claudia blieb aber immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Ich bin froh das ich heute bei ihr war und werde immer wieder wenn ich was brauche zu ihr gehen... Sehr zufrieden werde ich weiter empfehlen... I came to Claudia in business with many ??? In the head. The very competent and honest consultation with the interested party soon disappeared. Ich hatte 2 Termine für eine Einzelberatung, sehr effiziente Schulung! Sehr viele Tipps und Tricks wurden zusätzlich vermittelt. Als Einsteiger kann ich nur empfehlen über dieses Geschäft zu kaufen. I bought a combined sewing and embroidery machine, the training was very professional. I had 2 appointments for a one-on-one consultation, very efficient training! A lot of tips and tricks were also given. As a beginner, I can only recommend buying through this shop. Simply great! Many thanks! I really enjoy my machine. I love to personalize gifts. Embroidery works for me as a beginner too!

Ich wurde nicht nur gut beraten, wir haben auch eine Einschulung für die Nähmaschine erhalten. ? I was looking for a sewing machine for my godchild for Christmas and didn't want to buy it online. I immediately found what I was looking for with Ms. Strassmann. Not only did I get good advice, we also received training on how to use the sewing machine. ?

Da mein Singer Modell anscheinend zu minderwertig für diesen Laden ist wurde ich am Telefon schnell abgewiesen. “Für Singer Modelle unter 200€ gibts es keine Originalteile in diesem Geschäft”, teilte mir die unfreundliche Person am Telefon mit. Ich hab das gewünschte Singer Originalteil dann also online bestellt. Vielen Dank für diesen “kompetenten” Service, damit habt ihr mir meine Kaufentscheidung für meine nächste Nähmaschine abgenommen->NICHT in diesem Geschäft!!! Absolutely disappointed...I was looking for a part for my Singer sewing machine. Since my Singer model is apparently too inferior for this store, I was quickly turned away on the phone. “There are no genuine parts in this store for Singer models under €200,” the rude person on the phone told me. So I ordered the original Singer part I wanted online. Many thanks for this "competent" service, you have made my purchase decision for my next sewing machine for me -> NOT in this shop!!!
