p	pia paria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind sie dort super unfreundlich und hab mich dort überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Hatte 3 Bilder vorgezeigt die ich gerne haben möchte und sie konnten leider überhaupt nichts davon machen, überall hat die Farbe, das Muster oder sonst was nicht gepasst. Alle 5 Minuten hat man mir gesagt das es richtig teuer wird. Ich schätze da ich etwas jünger aussehe dachten die ich komme mit meinem Taschengeld und kann mir das nicht leisten. Als ich die Nägel noch relativ kurz haben wollte kam auch das dass „Schirch“ aussieht. Ich beschwere mich nicht darüber das dort schlechtes deutsch gesprochen wird, sondern darüber das die einen auch noch anscheißen wenn man es nicht versteht. Es kam „Ampä“ Was soviel heißen sollte wie „Lampe“, ich hab aber verstanden „andere“ und dachte sie meint die andere Hand. Da kam dann ein richtig lautes seufzen und dann ein Satz auf Vietnamesisch und es wurde gelacht. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher das über mich gelästert wurde. Selbst wenn sie von der Qualität hochwertig sind werde ich nie wieder in den Laden gehen, hab am Ende nicht das bekommen was ich wollte, war Sau teuer und die Mitarbeiter sind total dreist und glauben sie können sich alles erlauben. Unfortunately they are super unfriendly there and I didn't feel comfortable there at all. I had shown 3 pictures that I would like to have and unfortunately they couldn't make any of them, the color, the pattern or something else didn't fit everywhere. Every 5 minutes I was told that it was going to be really expensive. I guess I look a little younger thought that I'll come with my pocket money and can't afford it. When I wanted the nails to be relatively short, it came about that "Schirch" looks like. I am not complaining about the bad German being spoken there, but about the fact that you shit if you don't understand it. It came "Ampä" Which should mean something like "lamp", but I understood "other" and thought she meant the other hand. Then there was a really loud sigh and then a sentence in Vietnamese and people laughed. I'm pretty sure I've been blasphemed. Even if they are of high quality I will never go to the store again, in the end I didn't get what I wanted, it was very expensive and the employees are totally bold and believe they can do anything.
L	Lisa Lercher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit meinen Nägel bin ich immer zufrieden jedoch finde ich es unhygienisch, die UV-Lampen für die Hände werden denke ich so gut wie nie geputzt da ist es etwas grauslich die Hand hinein zugeben, auf den Tischen in den Regalen ist es auch nicht sauber überall Reste und Staub und auf der Scheibe vor der man sitzt sind viele speichelreste zu sehen sejr unhygienisch leider da ich mir den Service zufrieden bin Die Chefin Vu ist manchmal sehr nett und manchmal total unfreundlich sie wird öfter lauter mit den Kunden auch mit mir schonmal, und lässtern oft untereinander … man fühlt sich oft nicht sehr wohl ich gehe jedoch hin da ich mit d Ergebnis meiner Nägel jedes Mal zufrieden bin I'm always happy with my nails, but I find it unhygienic, I think the UV lamps for my hands are hardly ever cleaned, so it's a bit horrible to put your hand in them, and the tables on the shelves aren't clean everywhere either Leftovers and dust and on the pane in front of which one sits there are a lot of saliva residues, very unhygienic unfortunately because I am satisfied with the service The boss Vu is sometimes very nice and sometimes totally unfriendly, she often gets louder with the customers, including me, and often leaves each other ... you often don't feel very comfortable, but I go there because I'm satisfied with the result of my nails every time
V	Veranien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War das 1.mal da. Suuuper komme ganz sicher wieder. Preis Leistung vollkommen OK. Nettes freundliches Personal. Hatte noch nie so eine tolle Fußpflege. Was that the 1st time there. Super sure will be back. Price-performance perfectly OK. Nice friendly staff. Never had such a great pedicure.

Kein Respekt, keine Freundlichkeit, nie wieder, also rate ich dir, woanders hinzugehen! Rude staff even asked me why I like the nail polish color, she said it's just for summer. As far as I know, I have the right to choose! No respect, no kindness, never again, so I advise you to go somewhere else!
S	Sabine Hauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zu dritt gekommen und jede von uns hat jetzt wirklich schöne Nägel. Ein bisschen unangenehm empfand ich nur, dass der Raum so voll war und gerade jene, die nicht als Kundinnen sondern als Begleitung den Raum füllten, ihre Nasen aus der Maske hängen ließen. Darauf sollte das Personal etwas achten. Trotzdem: Empfehlenswert Three of us came and each of us now has really nice nails. I just found it a bit uncomfortable that the room was so full and especially those who filled the room not as customers but as companions, let their noses hang out of the mask. The staff should pay attention to this. Still: Recommended

Bin 5 vor 10:00 da gewesen, war komplett voll - es war nur ein Sitzplatz frei aber wollte mich da nicht rein quetschen - eine Dame hatte gefragt ob ich draußen warten kann und sie holt mich dann. Ist ja kein Problem gewesen - kommen nach mir 4! weitere Personen rein, die nicht raus geschickt wurden und eine ältere Dame die zu einem freien Tisch geführt wurde. Und ich wurde einfach vergessen?! Hab 17min draußen in der Kälte gewartet und bin dann einfach gegangen - warum soll ich als zahlender Kunde noch hinterher laufen und fragen wann ich endlich dran bin??? NIE WIEDER would have had an appointment at 10:00 (fill nails). Went there 5 before 10:00, was completely full - there was only one seat available but didn't want to squeeze me in there - a lady asked if I could wait outside and she would pick me up. It wasn't a problem - 4 come after me! other people in who were not sent out and an elderly lady who was shown to a free table. And I was just forgotten ?! I waited 17 minutes outside in the cold and then just left - why should I, as a paying customer, still run after and ask when it's my turn ??? NEVER AGAIN
A	Aleksandra G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiß nicht, wie dort jemand wiederkommen kann, wenn man einmal in dem Laden war. Hygiene 0 Punkte. Keine einziges Teil wird desinfiziert. Jede Pfeile, Pinsel, Zange usw. werden einfach an anderen Personen genutzt, ohne sie davor/danach zu reinigen. Es ist so verdreckt, einfach nur ekelhaft. Ich bin sonst in anderen Studios, wo wirklich das Werkzeug und die Nageldesigner selbst, sehr saubere Arbeit leisten. Außerdem fühlt man sich wie auf einem Basar, 3 verschiedene Leute arbeiteten an meinen Händen. Stress pur. 1 Person spricht deutsch sonst wird die ganze Zeit gequasselt und gelacht, sehr unhöflich. Das einzig freundliche war die Verabschiedung. Ich wundere mich ernsthaft wie dieser Laden noch Arbeiten ausüben darf. Zu den Nägeln selbst: sind jetzt nach 1 Woche hinten aufgegangen, 1 Nagel komplett abgefallen, obwohl ich grad in der letzten Woche so gut wie nichts gearbeitet habe damit. Kosten: 45€ Fazit- ich war das erste und letzte Mal dort. I don't know how anyone can come back there once they've been in the store. Hygiene 0 points. Not a single part is disinfected. Any arrows, brushes, pliers, etc. are simply used on other people without cleaning them before/after. It's so dirty, just gross. I'm usually in other studios where the tools and the nail designers themselves really do a very good job. Also, it feels like you are in a bazaar, 3 different people were working on my hands. Pure stress. 1 person speaks German, otherwise they chatter and laugh all the time, very impolite. The only friendly thing was the farewell. I seriously wonder how this store is still allowed to work. Regarding the nails themselves: after 1 week they opened up at the back, 1 nail fell off completely, although I have hardly worked with them in the last week. Cost: 45€ Conclusion-I was there for the first and last time.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundlich wie die Mitarbeiter mit einem umgehen . Wenn man etwas nicht versteht , wird sofort mit der Kollegin in Fremdsprache gelästert. Die Preise suchen sie sich scheinbar auch aus wie es ihnen gerade passt . Ich hab mich noch nie unwohler bei meinem Nageltermin gefühlt . Die werden mich kein zweites Mal sehen ! Extremely rude how the staff deal with you. If you don't understand something, the colleague immediately blasphemes in a foreign language. Apparently they choose the prices as it suits them. I have never felt more uncomfortable at my nail appointment. They won't see me a second time!
