★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam ca. 15 min später, dann werde ich gefragt ob i h betrunken bin ich trinke nie schon gar nicht um 10 Uhr vor einer Massage, verärgert gehe ich wieder, geht's eigentlich noch, so spricht man nicht mit Kunden, was geht ab bei ihnen, ich denke das massage Institut nimmt irgendetwas ein was sie nicht tun sollten
 I came about 15 minutes later, then I was asked if I'm drunk, I never drink, especially not at 10 o'clock, before a massage, I go back angry, it's still okay, that's not how you talk to customers, what's going on with them , I think the massage institute is taking in something that you shouldn't be doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niki war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Sugaring war auch perfekt. War zu früh, aber wurde sofort drangenommen. Sie hat sich außerdem nach meinen vorherigen Erfahrungen erkundigt, damit auch ja alles klappt. Wünschte ich könnte ein extra Stern geben ??
Niki was very nice and accommodating. The sugaring was perfect too. Was too early, but was picked up immediately. She also asked about my previous experiences so that everything would work out. Wish I could give an extra star ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heidi schafft es immer wieder, die passende Haarfarbe zu finden. Ich bin sicherlich nicht leicht von einer Typ-Veränderung zu überzeugen und eher skeptisch. Aber Heidi hat ein tolles Gespür dafür, was einem passt. Sie legt auch viel Wert darauf, sich und ihre Angestellten auf den neuesten Stand in Sachen Haarpflege und Haarstyling zu bringen. Top!
Heidi always manages to find the right hair color. I am certainly not easy to convince of a type change and I am rather skeptical. But Heidi has a great sense of what suits you. She also takes great care to keep herself and her employees up to date with the latest in hair care and hair styling. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit Jahren bei dem Friseur-Salon. Bin zufrieden und komme immer frisch und stylisch raus. Als langfristige Kundin wurden mir auch schon das eine oder andere kurzfristige Absage verziehen. Noch nie wurden mir die Ohren abgeschnitten oder das Kleid gefärbt. Immer gute Laune danach!
I've been with the hairdresser for years. I'm satisfied and always come out fresh and stylish. As a long-term customer, I have been forgiven for one or the other short-term refusal. My ears have never been cut off or my dress stained. Always in a good mood afterwards!

Today was the first time in the Esthetic beauty salon with Ms. Elisabeth. Treatment: Laser hair removal (lower legs). Very nice salon, pleasant atmosphere, professional work, customer-friendly. I am satisfied and am already looking forward to my second appointment in May.
