Danke für die kompetente und ausführliche Wohnungsbesichtigung. Man wird nicht einfach nur durch das Objekt hindurchgeführt (wie ich das vorher leider schon öfters erlebt habe), sondern bekommt auch alles ganz einfach und mit vielen Details und Backgroundwissen verständlich erklärt. Immer wieder sehr gerne!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom unverbindlichen Erstgespräch, Auftragserteilung, überregionale Vermarktung usw. verlief alles professionell und unbürokratisch. In etwas mehr als einem Monat war die Immobilie verkauft.
Würde den Verkauf nächstes Mal wieder an Bischof-Immobilien übergeben.
From the non-binding initial meeting, placing of orders, national marketing, etc., everything was professional and unbureaucratic. In just over a month the property was sold.

We were able to move into our beautiful condominium within a few weeks - we owe that to the quick, professional and friendly handling by Bischof Immo. Herr Bischof hat nicht nur ein tolles, kompetentes und sehr freundliches Team, sondern auch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Leider gab es bei unserm Kauf das ein oder andere Problemchen von der Seite der Bank und es dauerte etwas länger. Herr Bischof selbst hat in der Zeit sowohl die Verkäuferseite als auch uns bestens betreut, hatte stets ein offenes Ohr und brachte auch selbst Ideen zur Problemlösung ein! Man merkt bei ihm auch sofort die Menschlichkeit und das es ihm nicht nur ums Profit geht. Ich kann mit voller Überzeugung sagen dass jede Immobilie bei ihm in besten Händen liegt!
We have finally found our dream home with Bischof Immobilien. Mr. Bischof not only has a great, competent and very friendly team, but also very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately, there were a few problems with our purchase from the bank and it took a little longer.
