Gekauft am 22.3 in der SCS - sehr gute Beratung der Verkäuferin.Ich finde es erschreckend bei einem Unternehmen die Geräte um 1500 Euro verkaufen ,du aber ein gewöhnliches Tracking des Paketes einfach nicht hast. Produkt wurde zugestellt aber leider vergessen der Post auch noch die Tür Nummer meiner Adresse durchzugehen.Deswegen wieder über den Postweg retour.Die Zentrale kann mit nicht bescheid geben wann ich also damit rechnen kann mit einer Zustellung.Also wird mir nun demnächst die monatliche Rate abgezogen obwohl ich das Gerät nicht einmal besitze. Fehler passieren das verstehe ich - da muss ich aber als Unternehmer ein bisschen auf den zahlenden Kunden zugehen. Hoffe nur, dass ich mit dem Gerät nicht solche Probleme habe wie mit dem Kauf und der Lieferung. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the product I bought (TM6 mixer), I haven't got it yet. Bought on March 22nd in the SCS - very good advice from the seller. I find it frightening at a company that sells devices for 1500 euros, but you simply do not have the usual tracking of the package. The product was delivered but unfortunately the post office forgot to go through the door number of my address. That's why I returned by post. The head office cannot tell me when I can expect delivery. So the monthly rate will be deducted from me soon even though I don't even own the device. Mistakes happen, I understand - but as an entrepreneur I have to approach paying customers a little. Just hope I don't have the same problems with the device as I did with the purchase and delivery.

Am 13.12. bekam ich auf meine Anfrage die Rückmeldung, dass es zu Lieferverzögerungen kommt. Am 23.12. bekam ich eine Rechnung, auf der sowohl Name, als auch Zustelladresse falsch waren. Das Paket wurde auch versucht an die falsche Person zuzustellen - ich war bei der Post auch nicht berechtigt es abzuholen. Am 28.12. (und damit ein Monat nach Bestellung) wurde ich weiter vertröstet, dass das Paket, wenn es zurückkommt erneut versendet wird. Bis heute (21.1.) habe ich kein Paket bekommen. Somit ist der Thermomix seit mittlerweile fast 2 Monaten unbrauchbar und ich habe nach wie vor keine Aussicht, wann sich das ändern wird. I have on 27.11. ordered and paid for a replacement knife and am now really upset. On 13.12. I got the response to my request that there were delays in delivery. On 12/23 I received an invoice with an incorrect name and delivery address. The package was also tried to be delivered to the wrong person - I wasn't authorized to pick it up at the post office either. On 12/28 (and thus a month after ordering) I was further put off that the package would be sent again when it came back. To date (January 21st) I have not received a package. So the Thermomix has been unusable for almost 2 months now and I still have no prospect of when that will change.
